Review 1：Mattress protectors were noisy, hot and really unpleasant to sleep on. I almost would not visit again because of these on the bed. I know there needs to be OH&S protection but I am not incontinent and don't need a plastic waterproof on the bed! Try another brand or type - and quickly. I stay in lots of motels and have not found any as bad as this before. It was like a hospital mattress!

Review 2：Beautiful Suite, Great wildlife, easy parking, quiet location, lots of options, free Wi Fi. FRESH milk in the room and not that awful UHT stuff. I had requested Fresh milk in my reservation and if the man at check-in had known about it, that would have made it a 'wow' experience, but he didn't so we had to order fresh milk again. Still very pleasant (except for the mattress protectors)

Review 3：Linc Buffet Breakfast not enough healthy choices,No sugar free yoghurt,no local fresh berries, no oatmeal products,Bircher meusli made entirely out of soft whipped cream as if there are no receipies available to make a real attempt to provide this healthy alternative to white toast eggs and bacon.No a lacerate menu available. Buffet dinner a simple risotto was made using brown vinegar instead of mushroom sauce. Mistake made and rectified I must say.

Review 5：I didn't like the casino in the hotel just because there were at some times strange (scary and desperate) people close to the parking area.

Review 7：Requested a roll away bed for my son when staying in an executive golf view suite. It was placed appropriately in the separate lounge ares He had his own TV and a powderoom. Closing double doors separated his area to our master bedroom with magnificent bathroom we also had a private balcony that overlooked a lake ,gardens and golf course.

Review 8：I would have expected a certain dress code for a restaurant that is advertised as fine dining and award winning but it seemed that is not the case. Felt slightly overdressed compared to some patrons. The wifi in our room kept cutting out.

Review 14：We were travelling with another couple & we booked the last king room & the couple with us had to book a twin room. Our room was basic, bed & table and x2 chairs & our friends room open out outside & had outside table & chairs, spa bath, desk & x2 comfortable chairs & a table & x2 chairs. I went & asked if we could move to the another room attached to our friends & told they were filled booked out. No one was in the room adjoining there room for x2 days we were staying. Very disappointed!!!

Review 16：Although the1% Credit Card surcharge is at the lower end of the scale, it is annoying to have to pay extra to use a credit card. This surcharge should be included in the room tariff.

Review 17：Although we had a room the further most point from the car park (this is a very large country club) it was very comfortable. View from the room to the golf course was attractive. Meals either in the Wintergarden casual meals area or the Links Restaurant were excellent and well priced. Golf green fees are reasonable and the course is well maintained and interesting.

Just a wonderful luxurious place to choose to stay whether a golfer or traveller.We enjoyed a lovely room overlooking the golf club.. great choice of food in several restaurants, at a really reasonable price.. Close to airport was a bonus too.. 10/10

Review 22：Our room was dark and uninviting with garish decor and furniture, lime green carpets and curtains harlequin-like. Tap dripped in the bathroom basin and a very long walk to get to your room. General vibe was dated and intimidating, like being in a rich old mans club. We didn't feel relaxed or at home in our room so only stayed one night instead of the three we intended to.

Review 49：This was the most sparkling clean hotel room I have ever stayed in; fantastic attention to detail by the hotel staff. Super quiet and peaceful in the guest wing. Staff in the Links were extremely friendly and attentive. Gorgeous views from the terrace makes a really lovely start to the day at breakfast.

Review 52：No top sheet on bed seems to be a trend in some places now. I don't like it.. I assume the doona cover is changed between guests but I doubt the whole doona is. Also the distance along those hallways to accommodation is a bit much. Too much walking to be bothered going anywhere else in the complex, especially an older lady travelling alone.

Review 53：I and my husband have stayed here numerous times for its easy access from airport, and also for medical appointments in Lceston. We appreciated peaceful surrounds and having everything one would expect in a classy hotel without compromising its country atmosphere. Sadly my husband has passed, but I still prefer it to anywhere else in the area when I have to stay in Lceston and my family from Qld stay there whenever they need to stay somewhere overnite when flying in or out of Tas. I do appreciate the valet service, being on my own now as I will be usually. Feels very safe overall.

With last name Clark. raised her voice at me and humiliated me and my friend when we got locked out having a smoke they took her room key off her and stated we don't just give let's out to anyone. When infact upon check in I was asked how many were staying and id told this same last 2 people. We were so upset we infact left the property and checked out at 430am. I'm in the hospitality industry and I found this has left an unforgettable bad memory and such a bad taste in my mouth. I spent over 2000 dollars gambling and to be honest I spend regularly at the casino here but will be considering other options as a preference from now on that's. For sure.

A special mention to the Terrace Restaurant where we ate of two stays - the food was sublime each time!!! I would probably rate this our best Tasmania experience in terms of accomodation and food!

Review 103：Used valet parking on first night of stay and were told the car would be kept secure and under cover. When we received it back the next day it was filthy dirty and had obviously been left out in the rain. One female staff member in budget eating area was not rude but she was quite unfriendly. A simple thank you from her would have made a difference! Would have preferred a room with separate bedroom but would have had to pay a lot more to get that option. Would have liked the option to get a coffee and toast at an earlier time (9am was the opening time at coffee area near the fountains) rather than having to opt for a full breakfast.

Review 124：Found the staff very willing to help although not always immediately responsive. Only ate there once. The food itself was ok, but kitchen and wait staff delivered the wrong meal. Found several places to eat in Launceston that were excellent. Probably not a convenient place to stay if you don't have a car.

Review 125：Main hotel facilities were wonderful (tennis courts, golf course, workout room with cardio machines and weights, small indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi), room was big, clean, and comfy. Plenty of free parking and close to a major highway for easy access. At least 4 options for places to eat. Small casino if you want to gamble. There are also villas that you can rent and there's free transport between the villas area and the main hotel.

Review 127：Arrived early and was given a complimentary upgrade to a room overlooking the golf course. There were ducks, geese, water hens and all sorts of bird life. A lovely outlook. Even though it also housed a Casino, there was no noise heard from our room. Really enjoyed our stay.

Review 128：Night one-little sleep due to mattress protector rustling with every move. Night two good sleep- removed the mat protector. Noisy plumbing when adjacent rooms were showering etc, especially at 5:30 a.m.

Although we were happy to pay the difference, the hotel refused to do any changes. I'm really disappointed and will never book in future.

Review 135：We stayed for the weekend, we had our daughter and 10 year old granddaughter with us, the whole weekend was full of fun, we did not have to leave the resort, great walks, the health facilities was great and the restaurants excellent, we tried the 3 and we could not fault them, the buffet was value for money and lots of choices. this is our third visit this year and we will keep coming back. My husband needs assistant, the staff were wonder, allowing us to use their wheelchair. I rate this venue one of the top location in Tasmania as it caters for young and old as well as for any one with a disability. Keep up the good work.
