Review 1：Staff were friendly and accommodating, from the parking lot to the front desk. Room has everything you need and the hotel is directly across the street from Hamamatsu Castle.

Review 2：You have to reactivate the WiFi every day. This is a straightforward process (a few well documented clicks on the TV) and the password didn't change in my case, so I didn't have to do anything on my devices, but it was still a bit annoying. The WiFi is very strong, though.

Review 3：You can see the castle from your window. The staff was extremely friendly. They showed me how to use the coin laundry machines at 1 am and provided me with additional hangers to dry my things. The property was very clean.

Review 11：Like so many hotels in Japan the staff shone when it comes to service, the staff at Concorde were exceptional. From the doorman to the concierges all performed as if it were a 5 star hotel.

Review 13：Great place a short walk from the train station if you are fit but maybe if you have a lot of luggage or walking is an issue take a bus. It is about a 25 minute walk but quite easy to find. I prefer walking to hotels the exercise is good. A tip if you don't like stairs is before your map says to turn right into the street where the hotel is take the lane before as you will avoid using the subway underpass and 30 rows of stairs times 6. There is an excellent walking track and park/ castle right next to hotel good for 1 to 2 hours if fit or 3 to 4 if you want to go slow.
