Review 1：No dining table with 2bhk furnished apartment for 4-6 people so had to eat on floor. No good food restaurants, NO TV channels other than MBC2.

Review 2：Rooms were good & Clean spacious, but living room small congested. Location is good with plenty of restaurants, cinema hall next door & sea side cornice.

Review 3：1) We had to request and get the basic facilities which should have been well provided in advance such as towels, floor mats. Reaction time of staff on request is very long. 2) The hotel should have Visa card payment facility which it does not have thus hampering payments. 3) They should provide for insect repellent facilities since mosquitoes bite during night time. 4) Bathroom tiles were noted to be slippery. Anti-skid tiles should be provided in bathrooms.

Review 5：Check-in staff only kind of friendly. Couldn't pay by credit card despite site saying we could, disappointing when we were in a rush to get on the road but luckily there is a bank nearby.

Review 6：MASSIVE room! We booked a double and got a two bedroom, two bathroom, sitting room and kitchen apartment! Bed was really comfortable, option of A/C or ceiling fans.

Review 7：Shower water was terribly small. Water pressure was affected when both baths were used at the same time. Kitchen was dirty with no dining table nor microwave. Stove looked heinous with oil stain all over. No staff to help out with baggages. No elevator.

Review 9：the windows were not sealed and we had strange noises from the window and the small old weak window ACs. The wifi signal was weak you had to stand beside the router to get a signal and it was very slow. No chairs to sit on at all. The kitchen had nothing. You can get much better with and cheaper flat nearby.

Review 11：Bathroom toilet leaked the whole 2 day stay. Called twice to have it fixed with no luck. no phones in the rooms to call front desk. pillows were flat as a pancake. And totally useless kitchen.

Review 13：Very practical for our family , we had a separate room for the kids. Location is great, you can have breakfast very near in coffee shops, there's also a supermarket close to the hotel. Room was confortable. Great value. You can park your car just next to the hotel. We loved Sur & the atmosphere of the city. We highly recommend this hotel.

Review 48：Very dirty place laks many of major maintanens. Dogs Bark all night around the Hotel. I found three insects in one of the bellows in bed I donot advive any body to live there.I had to stay only one night in two seperat rooms with my four freinds , because we came late and tired.
