Meta Hotel has 3 restaurants that serve Polish, international and regional specialities. Two of the restaurants open onto terraces with beautiful panoramic views of the area.

Review 1：Staff not unfriendly but gave the impression of doing the minimum. Poolside area pleasant enough but constant radio playing. AC in rooms very inadequate.

Review 9：Kettle, cups etc, but no tea, coffee or milk! Didn't spoil the holiday at all though - just a suggestion that would make it even better.

Review 10：Fabulous location, right next to the ski lift. Fantastic views, close to centre of town. We had a deluxe room and it was worth every penny......AMAZING!

Review 11：Room to improve: Requests to fix something in the room might take long time, some of the reception desk staff could be abrupt when asked when somebody will come and fix it. Food outside of breakfast rather mediocre - except for soups which are excellent. TV channels selection in the rooms could be better at the room price, no Wi-Fi in the rooms - only in common areas. No papers/books in the reception - considering hotel has international custom - foreign press and books could be provided.

Review 12：Location, spa and excellent breakfast selection. Staff in most part professional and friendly. Rooms comfortable and very clean, nice bathrooms. Still best place in Szczyrk.

Review 15：Restaurant food from the menu mediocre (except for soups which areexcellent in every Polish restaurant). I recommend 'StaraKarczma' for a traditional polish cuisine dinner. Spa: cold steamroom, one is charged for a pair of rubbish quality paper slippers thatmake one fight for one's life on wet floor tiles around spa area.Extra charge for bathrobes.
