Review 1：3 Palms was exactly what we were looking for. Two grandparents, parents, and 3 kids 11, 14 and 15. On our way to Miami from Charleston to take a cruise the next day. We wanted something inexpensive and clean to stay overnight, nothing fancy. The staff was great, location behind a dunking donuts! Our room had a microwave and refrigerator. It was too cool for the kids to go into the pool.

Review 2：A little more noisy in our second night there (thumping coming from room upstairs), but nothing to complain about.

Review 3：Next to I-95, clean, quiet, hospitable staff, comfortable bed & shower. Breakfast included, simple but all items were of good quality. Silent AC. MW and small fridge in room. Many facilities nearby.

Review 4：The plumbing was very bad. ALOT of the long Tenants smoked sitting out on the walkways and the air always smelled on smoke.

Review 12：The room smelled like smoke. I think it was because there was an ashtray right outside the room so I moved it. It was a little better. I debated saying anything but the first night there they really messed up. I booked the room on booking.com with my credit card holding the room. Then I put my mother as the person checking in. She checked in and they did not run her card because for some reason they wanted the card I booked the room under. I was not arriving until the following evening so my mom (who offered to pay for the room) allowed them to make a copy of her credit card. That night at 10:55pm, a man came knocking on the door claiming to be management saying the room wasn't paid for. My mother got out of bed and talked to this man through the door. He left. I paid the next evening when I arrived. Funny, I used a different credit card. In any case, usually I pay for a motel at checkout. Maybe it's somewhere in the booking.com wording that you pay when you arrive. Either way, the situation was not right as my mother offered to pay and they copied her credit card. The motel itself is alright and the people at the desk were generally friendly but they messed up and I don't think there was much if any apology. I'm sure there will be a response now that it is in writing on the internet. Not sure if I would stay here again. It might be worth the $20 extra per night to know that this kind of thing won't happen. About half the people there were families in town for swimming or baseball games.

Review 13：The room itself was alright. It is updated. Tile floors throughout which is nice. The beds are comfortable.

Review 14：Many rooms rented weekly so people lived there. Groups sat outside our room smoking and talking loudly late into night. They moved when asked, but very uncomfortable just being weekend guests.

Review 115：ran out of hot water for morning shower...breakfast lounge was terrible...nats flying around the food...food selection poor and a hot room...and what appeared to be a homeless man with a strong smell of urine walking around outside the room... people smoking outside lounge and the door open not very sanitary or plesant..paid way to much..not worth the money
