Review 1：The beds, pillows and bedding need to be replaced.

Review 2：The hotel location is great for visiting Cochabamba. We stayed here 2 years ago and it was much better equiped this time than the last with dishes, etc.

Review 7：As part of offering equipped kitchen, the hotel should ensure that it is fully functional. We found that clutery and plates available didn't match the number of guests, there were no matches to use the stove, etc . I would recommend to improve that part to avoid having to contact main desk every time guests realize that something is missing.

Review 8：We were a big family group with ages from baby to 80-year old granparents and we felt very welcommed. The personnel went out of their way to make our stay an unforgetable experience. They recommended take-out restaurants went we arrived late and hungry, they helped us with information when we needed to get a vehicle part, the got specific utensils when we decided to eat at the apartment, etc. They were awesome!

Review 12：The space was large & my friend & I were able to have some privacy & alone time. It was a treat. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, accommodating & knowledgeable. The place was close to our friends house & great plaza, but 15 min walk from the "main square", however the square next to our place had a tourist office & restaurants that were open on Sundays. I highly recommend this place.

Review 16：Right from the moment we arrived the staff at Violets attended to our every request. Nothing was a problem and the young receptionist is extremely efficient and accommodating. We were welcomed by the manager with a very welcome bowl of fruit salad. The apartments are huge and clean. We slept like babies as the beds are so comfortable. It is ideally situated close to the main shopping area and quality restaurants. We will definitely be back.

Review 18：We liked the location, not too busy of a street but close to where we needed to be, shops and services all around and restaurants nearby. The staff is friendly and helpful. The kitchen was so nice to have and also two bathrooms! The breakfast was good quality and had a variety of fresh fruit and juices and breads, cheeses and meat and eggs if you wished, We hope to be back next year.

Review 28：Since we were visiting during carnival we had to cross over the main parade route in order to catch a cab since no one could pass over to get us. But we enjoyed far more peaceful of a sleep perhaps because the hotel was on the opposite side of the street as the carnival activities.

Review 29：We were greeted with multiple smiles and welcomes from all of the staff! Super friendly and helpful! The room was quiet and clean and the breakfast was wonderful! My daughter turned 5 while we were in Bolivia and the hotel surprised us with a fancy dessert to celebrate brought to our room! Very close to the center of town and terrific restaurants etc!

Review 30：Its a good hotel, in a good location in a quiet street just outside the centre. The staff are friendly and helpful. English spoken. Good breakfast. Good bathroom and cabkle tv. Nice view from the room. Note: a few blocks away there is a supermarket (on the Heroinas).

Review 31：The wifi was not very strong....even off for hours at one time. Since we were staying in a unit with a kitchen, there was no oven nor microwave. No pots or pans. Very limited glassware and when we requested a couple of extra glasses, the staff said none was available. We had to go out and buy a skillet. We asked to borrow a corkscrew, but they said other guests broke the one they had and there was none. They told us it would be 30bs if they called a taxi to take us to the airport. Even made sure with the taxi driver but upon arriving at the airport, he wanted extra money to get us into the airport. We got out and walked the rest of the way. We were not given a receipt for our stay and I neglected to ask for one so I panicked for a few days thinking that since there was no record, there would be a charge on our credit card. We would stay again. Just writing this, so that others know what or what not to expect.

Review 33：We thoroughly enjoyed our four-day stay at ApartHotel Violettas. Centrally located, it is just a block from the Plaza Colón and a short walk down to the central plaza. The apartment was extraordinarily lovely - parquet floors, lots of room, and very clean and modern. The staff was cordial and helpful, ready to answer all our questions. WiFi throughout the hotel was good, and the included breakfast was delicious. I would recommend Aparthotel Violettas to anyone.

Review 35：My sister and I enjoyed our stay at Apart Hotel Violetta. The staff were very helpful and go out of there way to assist, particularly Sergio - who had a good understanding of what it meant by good customer service. He came along with us to the markets and showed us where we could go to shop, good restaraunts etc. The location of the apart hotel is close to shops, restaraunts, pharmacy, internet shops etc. All these places a walkable distance from the hotel. The best part about our stay here, is that they had someone who spoke English! Which was an immense relief to my sister and I. The rooms were clean and spacious. Ideal for families and group getaways. Food served at breakfast were varied and plentiful. Thanks to all the staff at Apart Hotel Violettas- would definetley come here again.

Review 36：The staff was exceptionally friendly, the breakfast was good and variedand the apartment was very comfortable and spacious. The staff helped uswith many things such as arranging private transport, making dinnerreservations, storing our bags for a weekend, and best of all, allowingus early and late access to our beautiful apartment (we arrived at about6am and left around 7pm!). The location of the hotel is alsoexceptional.

Review 37：The staff was amazing. Every time they saw me they asked how my trip was going and if there was anything they could do to improve my stay. I arrived prior to check in time but my room was ready and they were happy to let me check in. When I called down to ask for the wifi password, someone came up to my room to give me the password. The next day, I checked out but my flight wasn't until the evening. They were happy to let me hang out at the hotel and do work until it was time to leave. The location was great. The room was spacious. I highly recommend it!
