Review 1：1.The staff are so nice! They are always willing to show me the interesting places in the city and we haved a nice talk about living in Murmansk. 2.And the room and the bathroom are clean. 3.Nice place locates not far from the bus station <post office> .

Review 6：Although not all of staffs can speak English, they are willing to help foreigner customers using translate websites if necessary. Detailed public transport map inside the hotel. Bus 18 to city center and bus 10 to Alyosha, Orthodox Church and Northern Fleet Museum near the hotel.

Review 7：The hotel is in a sad surrounding and on a hill outside the center. You need a taxi to go around. The staff doesn't speak anything but Russian. Nevertherless they try to help wherever they can.

Review 8：Murmansk is a rather interesting city but only for one day. Most hotels are very expensive but the Black Belt is cozy and clean and the rooms have everything you need. There is a kitchen where you can use all facilities to make breakfast or even cook a meal.

Review 9：For foreign travellers might be difficult that the staff doesn'tspeak english. But they are willing to help in any way they can.It's a bit far away from the city centre if you want to walk, but you can always take a taxi.

Review 10：Nice hostel with good quality rooms. The price meets the quality verywell. 24H reception made this my only choice at the time and Ididn't regret choosing this hotel in any moment.There is a grocery in the same building and in the hostel there is a public kitchen which you can use freely. Also, if you don't feel like cooking, Pub Bulldog just few hundred meters away serves very nice meals and beverages.

Review 11：There is a serious problem with the canalisation, it smells awfully bad most of the time in the hotel :( Also, it's a shame that there is no breakfast.

Review 13：The staffs are helpful. You may use google translation between Englishand Russia to communicate. Be aware of the usual taxi fare betweenairport and the hotel is rub500. You may ask the hotel to call licensedtaxi when you arrive the airport. Otherwise you may be cheated andrequested to pay over rub 1500.
