Review 2：great room, superb view of the ocean and Siquijor Island. Balcony is so nice. Roof top restaurant has great food and stunning views of the entire city and nearby mountains

Review 3：When I was not fetch in the airport the reason of no advance booking. Iam lucky because the airport guard help me to call the hotel staff tolet the driver fetch me for10-15 minutes the driver with a red Pregiocar has arrive. Thanks God all the people you will approach is willingto help. I appreciate the citizens of Dumaguete City.

Review 4：The room is enough even for 2 to 3 persons. The food in the restaurantis also good and the employees are very courteous with a smile, veryaccomodating .

Review 5：We picked this hotel because the other hotel we were considering located on Rizal Blvd is known to be noisy but, as it turned out, our hotel is located right across the fire station. Twice during the night we were startled by a very loud siren. Apparently, this happens every night at 10pm, a remnant from Martial Law days when there was curfew for minors. Don't know what the second one was.. The wifi was weak or non-existent, the cable tv kept disconnecting, the reading lamps in the room didn't work, the tapsilog breakfast was awful.

Review 6：The location was ideal, just a few steps to Rizal Blvd. Our room, 401, was wonderfully wonky with all the colours in the rainbow and more present.. It had a balcony with a view of the waterfront. The staff at reception were polite and friendly, not so the ones on the roof deck at breakfast.

Review 7：i have only good to say. the place is great the breakfast was PI standard the wifi well its pi standard too. the room was great the staff great ,it was everything you can expect especially for the price.

Review 13：on demand hot water heaters are difficult. this one ran best with the sink running on pure hot then the shower temp was manageable. otherwise it went hot and cold on any shower setting.

Review 14：beds ac cleanliness location room layout . this is really a nice place . Staff was good checkin quick . we bought a few extra hours for a late checkout no problem, there are cheaper hotels but c and l bayview offers a bit more.

Review 18：The location is good, the staff friendly. Free airport shuttle. I left some valuables in the room after checkout and only remembered at the airport. The driver was very good and helped me call to the reception and drove me back to the hotel to get my things. The hotel had already been to get my things and they were waiting for me by the time I got back. Then the driver returned me to the airport. Very nice of them indeed! The breakfast is not buffet, order what you want the night before and take your breakfast in the morning at the roof top. Simple food.

Review 26：C&L Bay View was the best value place we stayed in during our month in the Philippines. The staff were efficient, the room clean and comfortable and the inclusive breakfast was provided on the rooftop terrace. It was only a short walk from the boulevard along the waterfront and handy to the pier for ferries to other islands.

Review 34：Bright building makes it a landmark so helps to orientate youself if you go out wandering. Close to the sea-front and bars, 5 minutes from main square, market, PO and tourist office.

Review 35：Big roach in the hall, big roach in the closet, small roach in the pillows. The staff came and sprayed right away and we never saw another roach, but it wasn't fun sleeping with the pesticide smell the first night. An issue with the rooftop restaurant is staying upwind of the smokers. Plus the night crowd coming and going can be noisy in the stairwell (we were one floor down on no. 7). There was some kind of party in the event room right over us on floor 8 that was loud until 11 pm even though the staff told us it would be over at 10. Then there were hangers on in the hall even later. The hotel charges a bit more for rooms on floors 7 and 8 as they are a little removed from the street noise below and have better views but it doesn't always work to your advantage. Dumaguete is just a noisy place.

Review 36：The view of the bay was nice and the room is well furnished. The rooftop restaurant has a nice view and the breakfast is okay. The staff is helpful - for example they printed out my e-ticket for my flight out of Dumaguete.
