Review 1：There is not a single thing in the hotel that would be old, dusty or broken. It actually looks like built a month ago. The breakfast is a feast for an hour or two! I totally don't understand why this place has only 3*. Many of the 4* hotels I've been to, are of a much lower quality

Review 2：There's no thermostat in the bedroom so no way to regulate the temperature (and we were too low to leave the window open all night). Rooms at the back of the hotel a little dark (as you're facing into the mountain). The shower (water pressure) was also quite weak. But we got a good deal, and would stay there again!

Review 4：no king-size beds, just put 2 single beds together. beds for our taste too soft, got backacke. wellness-area too small for the size of hotel, so not quiet as millions of kids are there ;) and no water for sauna - big minus!

Review 7：My impression is very positive in general. What I did not like is thatthe hotel website says it has a jacuzzi - in reality there is noseparate jacuzzi tub with hot water, instead there is a separated partof the swimming pool with the massage like in a jacuzzi - but the waterin the swimming pool is not hot enough to stay there longer. Another twodetails for improvement: I think tea should be served in the spa area;the bathroom in the room was very nice, but the shower had low waterpressure - difficult to wash your hair.

Review 8：I have stayed for one day only - a spa trip with my mother. The hotel ismodern and clean. The room was clean, with standard design, very nicebathroom. I liked the spa, with friendly staff and good services. Thelocation is good, near the main street of Szczyrk, but not directly atthe street, so it is peaceful. Good breakfast.
