Review 1：No bad experiences - but kettle did not work and there was very little kitchen equipment - no pots or pans and no tool other than a large plastic spoon. The new coffee shop in the same building was a total rip-off. Almost 2 OR for 2 coffees that we couldnt drink because they added so much sugar.

Review 79：The hotel doesn't provide breakfast onsite. Instead they had us go to an adjacent coffee shop for breakfast. The hotel and coffee shop clearly had a miscommunication about what we could and couldn't order. In the end the manager sent us across the street to Sur Beach hotel for a decent buffet breakfast (which was the original breakfast arrangement anyway).

I had a huge suite...the master bathroom was clean, but the 2nd bathroom was pretty gross...looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long while. The staff was very helpful and directed me to some places to visit. I went to Ras Al Jinz for the turtle observation and the drive was smooth and nice. Glad I stayed in Sur rather than Ras Al Jinz as the place was overloaded with loud tourists. Also, the hotel is located near a cute restaurant, sheesha bar, and across from a western bar. Great location!

Review 93：The hotel is located at the outskirts of Sur. If you have a car (like wedid) that's not a problem, especially that it's close to thebeach and away from the busy centre if you want to rest. That could be abit of a disadvantage for some people.

Review 94：It's excellent value for many, rooms are very spacious and the placeclean! We booked a studio and got a free upgrade to one-bedroom, whichhas got two bathrooms. Although it's a 2* it's clean and ourbathrooms where better than in a 4* in Muscat. Internet is free andworks fine, staff is very friendly and helpful, they called Ras al Jinzcentre and booked us for a tour with turtles, so that we don't haveto pay expensive roaming charges.

Review 96：The suite was very spacious and quiet, the personnel was helpful and courteous. Guests can have breakfast at the hotel across the street which seems a bit odd, but was actually nice as the breakfast buffet was excellent.

Review 97：The WiFi was very slow and unstable - it was basically impossible to use it. The hotel was located a little out of city center and most of the restaurants and shops were quite far away. But when you have a car, it's not a problem. Another thing that you might want to know is that on the ground floor of the hotel building there is a very popular "drive-in" coffee shop - the locals like to drive there and give loud signal to place the order. If your windows are facing the street, it might be quite disturbing.
