Review 2：Good hotel at a central location. Not far from industrial areas. Internet is fine. And most important they will do everything to make your stay comfortable.

Review 3：Pool was a bid cold and rest chairs was not prepared. Pool is just buy the breakfast area. Even tho cover would be essential.

Review 4：There was a young guy buy reception his name is Gokhan. He was very helpfull with luggage, he helped us to translate with Pumakkale bus company to arrange tickets for Antalya. He did genuinly helped us to drive to bus station that was not very far. Things that he did was exceeding any hotel expectation. A truly demonstration of a genuine from heart hospitality. I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Stuff are very helpfull and smilling all the time. Its in the middle of the Denizli province. Bed are very comfortble. Breakfast was very good, suggest to come earlier tho. Thanks for making us feel like we are on holiday.

Review 5：Taxis needed if travelling without a car, a little far from the center but conveniently located on a main artery.

Review 9：The free wifi was very weak. I couldn't connect my laptop to it at all, which made things difficult keeping up with correspondence during our stay. It would be nice if there was a small supermarket at the hotel.

Review 10：Our room was lovely, very clean and comfortable. The staff were really helpful and the lady who arranged our airport transfers for us personally introduced herself. I thought this was a nice touch The pool and sunbeds were great! We had a day free before our flight home and spent the whole day by the pool (which we had to ourselves!)

Review 12：Very friendly personel, our room was large and looked very good. Nice swimming pool and the food was excellent. When you would like to visit Pamukkale you have to take a taxi.

Review 13：it is so far, when you go to airport. if someone want to catch the time at 8 clock, you need take a bus to station of shuttle bus, and there is 1 hour from the station to airport at first bus from 6.am. that is really busy get the flight for 8 clock.

Review 15：As it is a 4-Star Hotel I just missed a little bit a nice tablecloth (or sets) on the table in the restaurant. But the breakfast buffet really is without complaints and offers all we can desire.

Review 16：The room (ans bathroom) was just perfect. Very clean (also the rug!), a lot of space, every day new towels and shampoos, and a beautiful view. (Taxi drivers always are at time). Felt very secure here.

Review 24：Burak (one of the staff) was outstanding - he was our interpreter, our travel agent (helped us organise trips to ephesis and pammakule), our porter (he helped us move rooms), he was our waiter and he was our friend! Made our stay fantastic!

There was my friend in the next room and same are missing also in his room. We were both Genius members by the way, it seems when you have 10% discount, complimentaries were missing.

Review 69：We stayed a couple of nights. We asked for a back room, away from the very busy road and with some persuasion got one, which is recommended. Room we got was big and good view. Good AC and facilities in the room were good. It had plenty of parking which was not exactly private but did have a guard, so no problems. Breakfast was OK and evening food was adequate but not great and relatively expensive. Room however I thought was good deal and OK for a couple of nights to see Pergamon.

Review 70：Beds are big - we wanted 2 separate beds and usually the hotels give very small single beds. The beds here are much bigger! We chose this hotel for its convenience, having to drive from Ephesus - just wanted a lay-over which is what this place offers. Recently renovated so everything is clean and have a feel.

Review 72：Nicely appointed hotel with friendly staff, centrally located in Denizli and within close proximity to Pamukkale. Check-in was fast and as planned and there has a bellhop to carry the luggage. Upon arriving at our rooms, they were spacious, clean and in full working order. Further, staff were able to accommodate small the few small requests we had in a timely fashion. When in the Denizli area this would be my hotel of choice.

Review 73：The room is spacious and clean. We can see the sea and mountain from room window and fantastic sunrise. A basket of fruit was placed in the room when we checked in. It was a very thoughtful of the hotel.
