Review 1：The wifi wasn't very good in our room and the room wasn`t serviced every day.
Review 2：Staff struggled with English but we're very helpful. Beautiful location. We went skiing, snow boarding and snow mobiling. We were also able to see the northern lights. Just amazing and so much fun! Will definately be back.

Review 6：There was only one shuttle bus from the bus station in hour. Thereceptionist was awful. Her name starts 'd'. She could not speakEnglish and very bad attitude. I had some troubles with her, concerningregistration, payments. I wanted to go and see Lenin Ship, it is easy togo there, just behind the big bus station, and it is impposible to gothere by a taxi, however she refused to explain how to go there,and onlythe way to go there was bay a taxi. It was all her lie. This hotel isexpensive to stay, but I am really angry with her attitude.

Review 8：The usual Russian hotel "we have to copy your passport" and please remember to get it back before check-out. Which I sometimes forget... But that is not the hotel's fault.
Review 9：The room was clean, comfortable, warm, and had a great view of the city. The nighttime Polar lights over Murmansk was quite a sight! Paid by card (visa/MC only) with no problem.
Review 10：The receptionist was quite abrupt and unhelpful, even though my Girlfriend speaks fluent Russian. Then when we were leaving we were told we could only pay in cash,not by card, even though she admitted she had our card details from booking.com,so we had to use our allocation of spending money to pay for our stay, which caused us difficulty as we then had to try and find a cashpoint that accepted my card and addtional charges for using withdrawing cash abroad. Real shame as that put a blot on what was otherwise a lovely and memorable stay
Review 11：We had an excellent time at the Ogni the facility's were great and the staff at the snow park and Spa were very helpful and nice. Breakfast to be honest wasnt great but I've had much worse when travelling in Russia. The panoramic restaurant was lovely. The view from our room was spectacular overlooking Murmansk, which in the Winter with the fog rolling in looks very Beautiful. We were lucky enough to see the Northern lights for a good 5 minutes from our bedroom window. Would go again for sure.
Review 12：If I had been on my own I would have needed a car. It was outside town, near ski area, lakes, countryside, must be lovely in the summer.
Review 13：All-around great place to stay. Some of reception staff and waitresses spoke enough English, others little but tried to be helpful and we communicated with sign language and phrase book. Fabulous panoramic views of city. Good food and selection in restaurant and breakfast buffet. I was a solo traveler with a tour, so our leader handled most of the details. Good wi-fi in room.
