Review 1：The only think that a bit disappointed us was total lack of focus on non Polish speaking foreigners. The staff did not speak any English or Czech, all information and even the menu in the restaurant was in Polish only, TV had Polish channels only. If we were Poles we would give the hotel 10.
Review 2：The hotel is well located near the main park in Polanica zdroj. It is completely newly renovated, spotlessly clean, fully deserves 4stars rating. The beds very very comfortable and it was so quiet that we had both nights such a good sleep! One of the reasons we choose the hotel is its restaurant that serves healthy food in bio quality. The chef is a true star, he is able to make the very healthy food extremely tasty and it is also well presented. So even though the menu is rather short (we were there the last September weekend, so it maybe different during the main season) we had here two dinners and one lunch and really enjoyed the food. The Wi-Fi on the room is perfect, no password needed and the signal is very strong and stable.
