Review 9：Drunk fans of Manchester United were banging on my door during night. Also, the door of my room do not perfectly fit, you can hear all from the corridor, you see the light and you feel the breeze. And they produce noise when closed.

There are only a limited number of parking spots and when you leave in the evening, your place isn't guaranteed when you come back at night (we had the chance to have the last spot though).

Review 29：I tried to cancel this booking and was not able to, despite the website saying that cancellation was allowed. I therefore had to pay for it even though we didn't use it. I exchanged numerous emails with the hotel directly, who would not give an inch on this. So no, I did not enjoy the experience. I don't know how my score can be rated at 2.5, it should be a negative number.

Review 36：On arrival at 15.30 we were told by a robotic and unfriendly receptionist that our room was not ready until 15.00 but we could wait in the dining room. I pointed out that it was in fact past 15.00 and then after a number of phone calls she informed us our room was ready. We were kept awake the whole night by the hotel air conditioning system running outside our window. Our receptionist suggested she would let maintenance know of the problem. (Perhaps they could rebuild the hotel and locate it somewhere else). The only other thing I could mention is that we were charged 9.75 for 2 chocolate bars and a small bottle of water. If you like to sleep and enjoy chocolate I would not recommend this hotel.

Review 38：I booked this hotel from 9th March 2015 to 14th March 2015 through booking.com. The room booked was "Double Deluxe Room" at Euro 105/ night without breakfast. However, during check-in I was given Room 405 (single bed under stairway with absolutely no amenities in the room except for a cramped single bed). I was told by the lady (Ms Janine) who checked me in – that this is a upgrade because they are overbooked and they cannot give me the room I booked. The room, however, was a significant downgrade that I had to endure during the entire stay of 5 days. If the room was downgraded because of unavailability or for whatever reason – the minimum one would expect is that at least it would be charged at the level of the room and not the level of booking (which was much higher at Deluxe Double Room). I was shocked when the gentleman (Mr Aron) charged me the full Euro 522 + Euro 80 (for 5 days breakfast). He simply refused to charge me for downgraded room and charged for the much higher room. I brought this matter to the attention of Mr Marc van den Broek - who is the director/ general manager of the hotel. He too maintained the same stand that while they are at the liberty to change the room and give me any room (significant downgrade) they are also at the liberty to charge the amount as per the original booking (significantly overcharged). This is a Hotel of the cheats. Please be WARNED!

Review 125：My room was at the front of the hotel and it had no air conditioning. Normally not a problem, but this evening it was 23 degrees+. Windows had to be open and there was a lot of street noise from the pubs and clubs until 3 am. Recommend getting a room at the back.
