Review 14：Everything. This is a no frills hotel. Basic necessities. This will be our 3rd time staying here. We don't spend any time in the room; only to sleep therefore facilities are of no concern. Excellent beds, quiet surroundings and location is why we stay here. Not within walking distance but short drive to pier, beaches, parks, shopping and the winery.

Review 18：The staff wS so nice and friendly, I originally got a room from booking.com it was a smoking but that's all they had in that area, the staff was so nice the upgraded me to a bigger non smoking room. Definetly will be staying there again!
Review 19：The Air conditioner was horribly noisy as was the vent fan in the bathroom, the lighting was not good. It took quite a long time for the water to get hot for the shower.

Review 21：The location was convenient for our purposes, and the price was the best for that area. We had an event in Port St. Lucie, but the prices there were twice what we paid for this hotel and it was only a 25 minute drive to our event.
Review 22：The 2 mattresses were lumpy and saggy although the front desk mgr. said they were brand new and expensive. WiFi signal not strong enough to connect to internet. Toilet seat was old with peeling paint. A quick fix to get a new one!! Not enough light to read.

Review 25：The check-in staff was super. He was so very pleasant and helpful. He came immediately to make a correction in the room; offered us good advice about restaurants and shopping. He was excellent.
Review 26：Arrived at 2:50, room not ready, I said I would wait. The one who now waited on me said no and put me in room 112. Carpet stained heavily throughout. Bathroom not mopped, hair in tub and could not use tub as no plug for it. Kleenex dispenser but nothing in it, and rust on top of counter. Chair cushions stained and could not plug in refrigerator. Backing on curtain completely matted and torn and could not totally close for privacy so I used a trash can to keep two sections closed.
Review 27：When I first went in, I was told I would receive a "preferred room" since I went through the web site, and it would be ready when I returned at the 3:00 check in time.

Review 30：There were a few things that I did not like...although the staff did advise that the rooms were small, I did not think they were that small and not very roomy. There was no iron, ironing board, nor a blow dryer in the rooms that we occupied. These things are minor and this will not stop me from continuing to reserve rooms with this facility.

Review 69：The AC unit was too loud and the old horrible square tv had bad sound. The grout in the bathroom needed to be painted to cover up the rusty edges of the tub. The bed was very very firm! That's about it. The rest was fine. These are only small unimportant things I noticed. I would stay there again.
Review 70：Ok it's not the 3-5 star hotel that I'm used to, however it was very quiet( except for the in wall air cond unit) safe, clean and lots of hot water. Cable TV (old square tv with terrible sound) that's my only complaint. For the area it is a value or best bang for the buck. The following night we stayed in a $200 night bed n breakfast on the beach and woke up to bugs falling from the ceiling. I wished I would had stayed at the Rodeway inn because I think it was cleaner. 4 times cheaper and better located to restaurants.
