Review 2：Nice comfortable hotel, close to shopping area of walking streets and relatively close to the home of friends we were visiting.

Review 3：The receptionist was really not kind. We decide to not eat inside the hotel's restaurant because of it. The breakfast was poor.

Review 5：The bathroom was slightly small and old looking but it worked fine and wasn’t bad. No safe in the room.

Review 6：The rooms were furnished simply but nicely with the local Dala horse decorations on curtains and sheets, also had comfortable beds. A coffee & tea machine free for customers in the entrance hall is a nice touch, and there was a good choice of breakfast available included. Helpful staff. Location – near to the bus station, tourist info and town centre, and the Inlandsbanen station, it isn’t to the main train station but that is because the main train station is a bit far out from the centre not the hotel

Review 10：Recently refurbished rooms are bright and comfortable and in very good order. Bathroom facilities are fine and reasonable space for short term stay. Free wifi worked well and complimentary off street parking appreciated. Very good restaurant on site for evening meals. Breakfast OK. Able to walk to town centre and waterfront both only minutes away.

Review 11：The staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel cosy and homely and the ambience was calm and relaxed. Also they had access to a good gym and sauna. Breakfast was nice - simple but everything you need.

Review 14：a very minor issue: hardly any space to put away stuff in the bathroom. Ok for us as we only stayed one night, but for longer stays a bit awkward. The bathroom itself was fully functional though: shower with good pressure and a toilet.
