Review 1：Location is very good, near the bus station for airport. Good breakfast. Staff is excellent, but they do not speak english well. Try using google translate, it is very helpfull. Good Wi-Fi. I will book Laodykia again.
Review 2：It would have been nice to have a safe in the room and a kettle with tea making facilities, but this was not a problem for us.
Review 3：Brilliant location just across the road from the bus station and 5 mins from the train station. Great textile bazaar a 5 min walk away. Staff were friendly and welcoming even though some had limited English. Reception staff were extremely helpful and pleasant and it was nice to be offered a cup of tea whenever we were in the foyer. Delicious, fabulous and varied breakfast. Our room was a good size, comfortable and spotlessly clean.

Review 5：The location is perfect, right opposite the bus station and a short walk from train station. It is located conveniently to travel to Pamukkale and Afrodisias. The staff was very helpful, particularly the restaurant manager Ibrahim who walked with us all the way to show a nearby restaurant as the hotel restaurant had closed for the day
Review 6：The staff is very helpful!!! Even though we check out for 2days, but when we come back from Selcuk to the Denizli airport, they let us put our luggage there for several hours and help us to call the taxi. Just opposite to the bus station, 10minutes' walk from the train station.

Review 9：On the first day of our stay, we asked the receptionist where to takethe metro bus to Cappadocia, and he said it is a 7 mins taxi rideaway. On the day of departure, we checked with another receptionist, alady, and she said the bus station is just right in front of thehotel. Well, not sure it was miscommunication or he was trying to earnsome extra bucks.The room smells of cigarette.

Review 11：Because of its proximity to the bus terminal, the air was not of best quality and I could smell smoke in the room (mostly during the day). Ours was facing the bus terminal though so maybe rooms on the other side of the hotel did not have this problem.
Review 12：The hotel is right next the bus terminal which makes it very easy to use public transportation to both the Denizli Airport and Pamukkale. The staff were nice and the room had AC which was good because it was hot.

Review 14：Just right opposite the bus station, very convenient to travel to pamukkale using one of the minibuses at the otogar. Hotel room is very nice and clean and the bed is very comfortable. The staff is very friendly.
Review 15：Staff do not speak English. Used google translate to communicate. Wifi does not reach all the rooms. Specially room 402. First room smelled heavily of smoke. Asked reception to change to a non-smoking room (via google translate), and he said that all the rooms in the hotel were smoking. Duvet was actually smaller than the bed. Needs to improve.

Review 17：The hotel is located only few steps from the central bus station, making it a perfect choice for anyone making a trip to Pamukkale or as a place to have rest before the futher journey. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a clean bathroom. The staff was very helpful and nice, always ready to offer some tea :) Also the breakfast was delicious and abundant.

Review 20：The shower rooms of both rooms I stayed seemed to have some defects, causing the water to leak from the showroom/bath tub. There's nothing much to do around the hotel area.
Review 21：Thanks to Bulent, a reception staff who was very attentive, as well as other staff at this hotel. We arrived early before checking-in hour and they were kind enough to give us a room to stay during waiting for our actual room. Hotel is just a few steps to the bus terminal. Breakfast is good. Bathroom is super clean.
Review 22：(1) Its location > it's right opposite the main bus terminal where you can catch a mini bus to pamukkale (peron 76 2.5tl per person to the north gate I.E. hierapolis). If you catch an airport shuttle, you arrive here at the main bus terminal too. ≫ the main train station is right opposite the main bus station approx. 5-10 mins walk from the hotel. Here you can catch trains to and from Selcuk/Izmir. ≫ there's a small supermarket nearby as well if you want to stock up on water/fruits/snacks etc. > there are plenty of restaurants/eateries around the hotels. The "food court" at the bus station is open 24/7.(2) friendly and helpful staff > we arrived Denizli around 9am in the morning. When we requested to have breakfast that morning, instead of the next morning, they happily let us do so. (3) great wifi reception

Review 24：The hotel is behind the bus station and is a short walk from the train station. The staff is friendly and speaks good English. The size of the room is standard European, which is adequate. I had a room facing the bus station and considered the noise level acceptable. The shower has good pressure and there is no wait for hot water. The room and bathroom are tidy and clean. There is a small döner joint next to the hotel, a bakery down the street, and a supermarket across the screen from the bakery. There are also dining options in the otogar. The main street (Gazi Mustafa Kemal Blv) is about three minutes on foot from the hotel, and you will pass by yet another bakery. The neighborhood seems safe. Breakfast is served on the top floor, the fifth. Standard cold breakfast items are served on one long table, and hot items (sausage, cigar böreği) are available on another table. Coffee, tea, and juices are on an island. Quality is good.
Review 25：Next to the bus station. Really comfortable when you have the bus timetable early in the morning. Also they allowed us to do the check at 7 am! It was awesome to have the room at that time, because we travelled all night and we had only one day to visit pamukkale. It is a good cost benefit hotel, the room was really good for the price, it was clean, including the tub. The wifi was ok. The breakfast was abundant.

Review 35：The location is excellent, it is a two minute walk to the bus station where you can take a mini bus locally or a larger bus to other cities. The staff were very helpful, we had our luggage lost by the airline and the staff assisted in finding it, we got it back in 24 hours. The room was clean and tidy, the staff were always willing to help in some way.

Review 84：The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. We stayed one night and had to catch a night bus the next day but were able to hang around the lobby and bar until our bus came. They even held our luggage for us until 10pm! The room was wonderful and the pillow menu was a very nice touch!

The receptionist is not so good English but helpful in providing necessary information. Breakfast is good and enough for a good day.

We were given a room on the 1st floor although we had requested one on a higher floor and the hotel was completely empty at that time! Bars outside our windows - we felt like prisoners! Dirty towels! They offer a variety of delicious breakfast. The staffs are very friendly. They always gave us information and helped to deal with some problems about trips when we were staying there. It charges very fair room rates. Besides, the hotel is in a good location. There is a bus station where go to Pamukkale in front of the hotel. It only takes two minutes from the hotel. Review 107：Staff had only basic English, but were very friendly and helpful. One of them even walked us to a nice and clean kebab place quite late in the evening when we didn't know where we could get some good food. Note that although it is next to the Denizli Ogotar (main bus station), the bus station is currently under renovation so long distance buses either stop on the main road at the edge of town or at the other bus terminal (about 5min drive away). Hard to tell which, I think that it depends on the bus company. However, there is a Pamukkale Company office around the corner from where you can buy your bus ticket and they will provide a free shuttle to drop you off at your bus stop for leaving Denizli. To get to the Pamukkale site, there is also a bus stop just around the corner from the hotel (on the corner next to the Pamukkale Company office)
