Review 1：Some water leaked, after showering, onto the floor of the very spacious bathroom.

Review 2：Very good location in quiet side street, but very lively restaurant/bar area just 5-10 min away (cross the main street). Only 20 min walk to main train station. My room (suite) was very spacious and comfortable.

Review 12：It seemed the inability to control the temperature the room temperature would be a problem in the winter when I was there but by opening the window I could cool the room fine and the little space heater was adequate when it was chilly made my room temp fine...so really I do not have anything bad to say about the place...I highly recommend this place

Review 13：Great location; near subway, many good restaurants, connivence stores, I walked from train station, 30 min of interesting thing to see....Korea! Nice staff...one particular gentleman, I forget his name, had excellent English and would write down my travel instructions so all I had to do was hand out his note to taxi or bus ticket office and they knew exactly what I needed. Very nice man in all the way important to a traveler! Room super clean, comfortable and never a sound...this is the place to sleep in...wood shutters on windows keep it dark...zzzz! I didn't have the breakfast, so many coffee shops around...Paris Baguette near by...cheap and strong lattes and right out of the oven fresh breads and pastries...comfortable place to break your fast.

Review 14：Daelim Hotel was over-rated when we first read some of the reviews. It is a very old hotel although there have been attempts by the Hotel staff to 'upgrade' their facilities. The facilities are old and the hotel does not provide individual bottles of body wash and shampoo. Instead, these have to be dispensed from large bottles. There was also a tube of toothpaste for guests to use but we felt that it wasn't a hygienic practice to use a 'communal' tube of toothpaste.

Need to put on the directions that the hotel is behind the Samsung Life Insurance Building (삼성생명 / Samseong Saemyung). 3. Need more lighting in the bathroom. 4. The cup in the bathroom wasn't even washed! 5. There was no shower curtain. (Some Westeners might freak out about this.)
