Review 1：Neum itself is nothing special only to relax, but all the platforms (no beach) there were not that nice. But at least the hotel had a private place to the sea.

Review 2：The balcony with the view on the sea. The personal gave us a ride for free to the bus station. And the water of the sea is very clear and clean.

Review 3：Restaurant is not up it the hotel's 4 star rating. Breakfast was horrible. Rooms are not well maintained. Staff hardly speaks English

Review 8：Great hotel in the crowded city of Neum. Parking is tight but well managed. The hotel itself is clean, luxurious and staff is very kind. The in-house restaurant by the waterside is quite good. The access to the water was superb.

Review 18：This is A guest house not a hotel. The ac did not work properly and there are no coffee making facilities for example. It is far from the centre and has no facilities to warrant any stars.

Review 22：Crowded seaside lounge area. Local frustrating practice of blocking beach/seaside lounge chairs/ umbrellas and then not using them leaving other guests without. No in room phone in room, coffee maker or refrigerator.

Review 26：The owners and the staff were concerned and there for us. We've usedthe hotel restauran for dinner and the food, service, attention to everydetail. Great place for summer holidays with the views and the sea at a10 meters from the restaurant terrace.

Review 27：The room was very small. The owner stood the whole time during the breakfast over our heads when we were to pick up anything from the food assortiments. One day someone cleaned the fish in the private beach area. No chance in my view for this hotel to have 4 stars.
