Review 1：Nearest to the hotel beach is really rocky and uncomfortable for swimming. Check-in procedure was very strange - it took nearly an hour, required filling 4 forms (even for children, who can't sign the form themselves) for one room, receptionist did her best to prioritize phone calls over standing nearby customers. English version of advertisement about Wifi availability in public areas is too optimistic - wifi is available only in several small zones of these large public areas (LT version of the advertisement is more correct). Registration included mandatory paper bracelets to carry till the breakfast with unclear reason (taking into account one single location within the building and narrow time frame for breakfast).

Review 2：Room was nicely refurbished and clean, TV with multiple channels was available, comfortable beds.

Review 5：First room offered was very poor, had to come back and asked for change. Service poor. In booking.com hotel presented as having indoor pool. Only for this reason we picked hotel as we were travelling with 2 kids. Weather was bad, so we planned to spend more time in swimming pool. And here we go - to enter pool we have to pay, 4 eur per person (even same price for kids). Renovated extension has also indoor pool, there you have to pay 7eur each, so for family with 2 kids almost 30eur a visit to pool! And here is the best, you can only attend swimming pool after 8pm. as day time is used for spa procedures. It would OK and understandable if this information would be given at hotel description!!! If hotel accepts families, there should be at least some play area outside for kids. The price for 7 night for 4 beds room 625eur! Plus swimming pool costs...its not worth it at al!!! There are so many nice places to stay for much cheaper. Do not go there! We have travelled a lot in various countries, but here the prices are doubled for value you get. Unfortunately, this is our first negative comment. We wanted to leave on the arrival day, but unfortunately money is not refundable. We managed to stay 5 nights and then we left.

Review 6：This place was advertised as a spa hotel but turns out to be a rehabilitation centre for people with physical disabilities. It smells like a hospital and there are doctors and patients walking around. The "spa" is located in the hotel next door, the Amber palace, which I never even saw. This is not a place I would ever return to unless I had a family member in need of respite after an operation- and probably then not even so, as it is old and worn. Furthermore, one day the water was off for 6 hours, and the staff didn't offer any short term solutions. I was wholly dissatisfied with the experience, and upon contacting bookin.com, they also could not help me.

Review 7：The proximity to the beach was great, as was the breakfast buffet.

Review 8：Except one lady at the reception the stuff is inexperienced, unfriendly and incapable to face the daily issues. Every time you are getting different answers and every time it is in your disadvantage. You are coming for rest, but leaving the place quite frustrated.

Review 10：If you want to expierence old soviet times sanatorium atmosphere you can go, otherwise it is awful place to go. Still, waiting for may money back, which they promised to return, one month passed. The rooms are dirty, the breakfast terrible, nothing to eat - blue saussages and almost brown coffe which tastes like a water with small taste of coffe. I did travel a lot, but this was the worst place ever, ever!!!

Review 11：Nothing, the worst service ever.We were suppose to stay second night, but we did refuse, because there were no beds for baby girls, no condition, the rooms were dirty, breakfast worst than in hospital, nothing to eat like in old soviet times...

Review 12：Towels were not changed neighter room was not cleaned every day (as in normal hotels). The drain of shower base was stucked and water did not flow away. Breakfast could be better.

(although on the hotel website it was said to be possible to rent a modem for a day; two PCs near the reception but one not working) Breakfast table half empty in an hour (no bread, no cutlery...) and was partly re-filled only after some people complaining.

Review 21：No wifi, come on I'm young, if this hotel wants to get some young travelers, they must have internet and some meals that we can eat for lunch or dinner. Pool or all environment has some costs. It shouldn't be like this. I liked that hotel but when it will be like this it will be the most satisfactory place ever. :)

Review 23：I didn't liked that I was doing booking few weeks ahead before coming to this centre and was paying 20 Lt ( 202LT for two nights)more than the person who came the same day as me without booking for similar room was paying only 180Lt for the same two nights. It shows for me that you didn't want to have bookings ahead or by other words real clients,as according your rules even if I be refusing to come my card will be charged the same amount. I do understand that I could save 20Lt coming without booking ahead. My room was 3308 and another person similar room 3310.

Review 25：It took a while before I could check in, but that was basically my faultsince I arrived past 8pm. The checkout process went through flawlessly.You could barely see the sea from the balcony of your "sea view" room, but that's not their fault. I think I was given nearly the best room on the top floor but as we all know vegetation tends to grow. These are not complaints, just minor flaws.
