Review 1：There were no towels in our apartment when we came and the receptionist promised to deliver them by 20:00 the same day explaining that the hotel is nearly full. Surprisingly the towels were not available until the day after (and two visits at the reception desk). The explanation was that the laundry comes in the morning (?) For me this is not acceptable as the price is quite high and the hotel can definitely afford buying more towels... We were not able to fully enjoy external jacuzzi without having towels and had to wait in the morning to be able to shower properly.... It's a pity that the hotel does not pay attention to such "details" and blames the amount of guests that arrived the same day (which is definitely what all the hotels wish for...)
Review 2：It's a very modern hotel with nice design. There is free swimming pools, sauna and jacuzzi as well. The location is a bit further from the city center which gives you some relax from touristic places but it's easily accessible by car or longer walk.
Review 3：The hotel's resturant was out of various menu items and beverages everyday, so much so, that it became a joke with us. The kitchenette in the room is a good idea, but it didn't have any soap or towels to do dishes with so we thought that meant that the maids would do the dishes. Not the case as they only clean the room every three days. We had to buy soap and paper towels as a result. There also wasn't any Kleenex in the room or enough towels. It was odd.

(No frying pan, so forget your morning scrambled eggs..)The fact that we had booked a room with mountain view, and got a viewover a building site, a pile of rubbish and a portable toiletinstead. Also - lack of storage room for your skis. (They had to bekept in the room)
Review 15：The fact that we could come with a small dog. (Unfortunately not thecase any more). A nice restaurant, serving divine trout and cremebrulee. A friendly manageress, who, eventually, after our complaints,put the things right.
