Review 5：The hotel is near a lovely park and has a nice restaurant on site. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff had some English and there were a couple who had very good English. We found it a good base to see Khabarovsk.

Review 7：Staff were incredibly friendly. We asked them to organise a taxi for 6:45 am they realised we would miss breakfast and so organise breakfast boxes to be delivered to our room.
Review 8：Great Hotel as you would expect to have it in Europe. The localisation is not that great. Its not bad either. I recommend staying in one of the club rooms on the 6th floor
Review 9：Its the place where you can rent a girl so its too loud around. There are too much security guys, they never help to make room neighbors be quiet, especially if those have money. The pillows were super smelly and dirty. The hotel looks good but too dirtybecause of cheap girls and sex all around.
