Review 1：Booked for family quatro room ( 2 double bed) But gv 3 single bed room upon chi in Not giving any explanation but booking.com booked as tat

Review 3：The water for shower seems stuck. Very small drop. When ask the staff, said due to tank problem. The bed seems did not problem clean up. someone hair seems to be on the bed. There are also some dust n sand on the bed.
