Review 1：the gym and pool. I travel all over the world staying at fantastic hotels with work and pleasure. First time I was going to be charged over 3000 yen to use the hotel pool and gym. Very surprise since I was staying at the hotel.

Review 3：The room was bright and spacious with up to date furnishings and decor. Very comfortable beds. Loved the bathroom! The view was outsatanding, complemented by the one large picture window. Excellent breakfast, large and varied choice, in the Figaro. Staff were friendly and efficient. We were able to get both early check in and late check out.
Review 4：Extremely tiny room size, slightly worn out fixure. Gym house and swimming pool can only be used at substantial charge. Not very attentive staff - non-communicable in English. Bathrobe stains.

Review 6：It was raining when I arrived in Hamamatsu at 10am. I went to hotel reception and asked if I can check in earlier and I will pay for it. The hotel staff was very kind to explain that they were on full occupancy the night before. But he can arrange for me to have early check-in at 12 noon at no charge.

Review 11：- The cost for the pool/sauna/bath was a bit steep. (2000 yen per visit). It would be nice if hotel guests could have a multi-use pass rather than have to pay for each visit so that for a 2 or 3 day stay, you could have unlimited use for one flat fee.
Review 12：+ Amazing view: unbeatable+ Swimming pool, sauna, and especially the bath with a view on the 25th floor. + Pre-dinner cocktails in the sky view lounge with attentive service + Central, fun location. Hamamatsu has a great, lively night life + BBC tv channel and an English language newspaper delivered to door in the morning + Free Wifi + 20 minute city bus ride to the beach (dunes). Great for a picnic - buy your picnic stuff at Seijo Ishii in JR Station (wine, cheese, everything!) + Be sure to wander around all sides of the station; lots of food options. If you're a newcomer to Japan, please know that one side is considered the "red light" area, and I wouldn't recommend going into these smaller establishments (called "snacks"). You'll pay far more than the cost of a drink as the cover charges are generally very steep. Stick to the more modern side of the station for food, karaoke and fun.
Review 13：We stayed for one night. Our room was on the 41st floor with fantastic views over the city and Mt Fuji in the distance. We had a good buffet evening meal and buffet breakfast in the hotel Figaro restaurant. The hotel is a busy city business oriented hotel with lively public areas and our room was great. We stayed here as a stop off driving between Ise Shima to Tokyo and we are delighted that we did.
