Review 1：Needed an extra bed at extra cost but it was just a foam mattress. The place is away from the water front area but easy reached my tricycle.

Review 2：We were quite comfortable. Check in was fast and check out was faster.

Review 3：Filthy everywhere my wife and I spent an hour cleaning all surfaces andfloors. Unbelievable dust and grime throughout: our feet were black.Maggots (yes maggots) in laundry, so many dead cockroaches in there waslike the staff sprayed the room but forgot to clean it later. Kitchencabinets smelled of a dead animal. Cockroaches daily. Bed bugs nightly.Shower trap had accumulated hair and grime (we cleaned). Poor Wi-Fireception. Rude and arrogant staff who couldn't care less andweren't embarrassed to show so. Right on a busy, noisy, smoggy andvery unsafe (as in crossing) road. Tv didn't work. Aircon as loud asa plane engine couldn't use it. I was assaulted by 4 street boys inthe shopping centre carpark opposite. Charged my credit card without mysignature. No redeeming features whatsoever about this place much morevalue for money elsewhere. That they rate themselves 4* is unbelievable,it is seriously 1* at the most. Don't be fooled by the size of theapartment, it is big but all of the above certainly negate that onlyredeeming feature.

Review 6：Friendly and convenient. Restaurant attached to property serves good western food as well as Pinoy. Pool was clean and only downside was noise from the main road.

Review 7：- We couldn't sunbathe, there is no space. - The Location, but you can get a motortricycle/pedicab very easy and it takes 5 min to get to the center or the big mall Robinson.

Review 8：Free WiFi, AirCon The apartment is nice, very clean, well equipped in the kitchen, there is a washing machine and linens and towels are included. There is enough space to spread out after a long day. We enjoyed our time in the apartment and the staff the reception was great.
