Review 7：The location is spectacular and the facility very nice. The room is large and comfortable with separate living and sleeping area. It is old but it's been updated and we enjoyed the room very much. The wifi was very fast and there are abundant cable stations to choose from.

Review 8：My son and I love to fish. We like the docks to fish at night. The first floor suite is just perfect to watch and relax. Room was vey clean upon arrival. We dont need all luxury. During day time we hit the beaches. Just a good ole Florida hotel with rustic charm.

Review 9：The room was very hot, the only air conditioner was in the back bedroom, and it wasn't big enough to cool the other room. The shower would change temperature with out warning and scald the hell out of you. The room was very small even it was two rooms my husband and two small children were constantly tripping over each other and furniture. The bath room light would flicker every time you turned it on which concerned me about safety. Parking was very difficult because of lack of space. We had to park on a sidewalk.

Review 10：The room was immaculately cleaned. The beds were large and very comfortable. The kitchen had more than I was expecting. The shower was huge. The staff was very nice, and professional. The property has late night security that actually does check the grounds all night long. Both pools were clean and had salt water system instead of cholrine.

Review 11：toilet didnt always flush well. front door stuck as you opened it, making a horrible noise. front office didn't open until 9am making it inconvenient for early risers. No clocks anywhere, no hooks in bathrooms to hang towels.

Review 14：It is always nice when my dog is accepted and there is a lot of room for her to roam. It is a nice place for a large family to gather both around the pool and the gazebos. We felt safe to leave our doors open and wander about. Of course our family took up the whole Inn.

The rate only included for two people and we had 4, which was fine with 2 queen beds, but the hotel charges extra for more than 2, which most places allow 4 people when 2 queen beds are in the room, there for the value diminished. Terrible breakfast consisted of disgusted packaged sweet rolls.

Review 46：Rooms were dated. Poor water pressure for shower, if you wanted to take a hot shower the water trickled out. Front desk only open 9am-7pm so if you need anything those are the only hours it's available to get. For the price it was a good value.

Review 51：Our whole experience at Dockside has been good We first stayed there on our honeymoon as a gift from a friend so really wanted to return The staff is very helpful and courteous, the view from the balcony is awesome and the fishing from the piers is a sport

Review 55：Our original room was located literally a few feet from the live band. There was a table no more than 5 feet in front of our door. The music from the restaurant was piped in through speakers located above our door. We would have heard music and partying all night had we not been able to switch rooms. We were not refunded the difference for the cheaper room we took. There are poorly located rooms which is not mentioned during booking.

Review 59：Happy hour only included the most basic of commercial beer...others drinks were small and costly....I felt as though I was supplementing the cheap commercial beer for the locals. View is excellent, but the restaurant menu & food was ~ a 6 of 10 (they really missed it here). The gate around the pool closest to our room was never unlocked.
