Review 1：There's no heater in the bathroom, so it was cold. Toiletry was very basic. Thin wall.

Review 2：Location, next to Otogar, very close to train station. Quiet in the night. Staff were friendly and helpful. A lot of information about the public transportation was provided when we checked in.

Review 11：The hotel was perfect for us, our room had a balcony which had a nice view of the city. Location is excellent - next to Denizli Bus Station and 5 mins walk from Train station. The staff were friendly & helpful, and the breakfast was great, had a good selection of cold and hot food.

Review 18：The employees are very sincere and friendly. We took the overnight bus and arrived in Denizli about 5.30 in the morning which is much more earlier before the normal check-in time. but the employee kindly let us check-in. Thanks for that we had a nice rest before going out. The next day we left before the normal breakfast time, the employee still prepared two huge sandwich for us to eat on the bus which is really touching!!! The location is perfect for people who have heavy luggage. It's only 3 mins walk from the bus station. Highly recommend for people who travel here!!! :D

Review 21：The staff is OK. Since we had a very early morning flight, we had requested for packed sandwiches as breakfast (which were part of the room rate). We did not get these at the agreed time even though the on-duty staff was saying that they will be ready soon. However, since our flight time was approaching, we left without breakfast. The manager on night duty was sleeping on the front desk and did not deal with us very well. Bathroom is too small for a family room and all fixtures are quite dated.

Review 22：Location of the hotel is great since it is right next to the Denizli Bus Terminal. The Pamukkale thermal pools are a 15-20 minute bus/taxi ride away. We stayed in the family room and it was adequate for our needs. There is a large balcony which is great to get some fresh air. The room is basic but considering the location, it does have value for money.

Review 23：At arrival the girl behind the desk was very abrupt and asked for cash. This was our first time being asked as we had booked several hotels in Turkey on this trip through Booking.com and no other hotel had this policy. Every hotel just charge it to the card. But she demanded cash before handing us the key. So have cash before you go in! Room 308 with a balcony was very small. The night front desk staff were very nice after telling them that the TV didn't work they moved us to a different room. This was a better room and therefore we stayed two extra days and explored the city and the area. The first night we tried the food Beef with rice and shepherd salad which is cucumber, tomato with yogurt. The soup and salad were good but the rest I wouldn't recommend. If you are short of cash then try it. It is only 10 tl.

Review 24：Room 311 was great. It had a kettle, a small fridge and a working TV with lots of Turkish channels and the Algezira channel in English. WIFI was better in this room too.The location of the hotel was excellent although there are a few more hotels nearby next to the Otogar.(Denizli Otogar is actually in the city and therefore very convenient for once!)and it was a breeze going to Pamukkale from the basement of the Otogar #76 for 3.5 tl.

Review 25：I stayed 2 nights, my room wasn't cleaned the next day. The curtains didnt cover the whole window so light came through a d woke my children up really early,hotel advertised free parking when we arrived they told us to park in the local car park for a fee.

Staff is very helpful and friendly,they do their best to help you. And the important thing is that they speak English. The breakfast has a very good variety and quality. Mr.Louis and his wife are quite warm, friendly and kind.They love to interact with their guests and make them feel special. I would highly recommend Hotel Yildirim.

Review 44：1. Smoke smell, I'm not sure it's from the balcony or the ventilation system of bathroom. 2. Hot water supply is not stable, maybe it's a particular case since other guests were not complaining about this. 1. 房間有時有菸味，不確定是從陽台還是浴室的通風系統傳來的 2. 熱水供應不大穩定，可能是特例，因為其他房客沒有遇上此問題。

Review 45：Excellent location, few minutes walk to the bus station. Breakfast is simple but good. Staffs are nice, especially the manager, Louis. They solved our problem promptly and satisfying. 位置不錯，幾分鐘就可以到車站，早餐簡單但不錯，員工人都好，尤其是他們的經理Louis。他們在處理我們遇上的問題時相當的迅速且令人滿意。

The eating area was at the bus station as well so it was very convenient. The staff were all helpful. They assisted us in booking our night bus to Istanbul which made us very happy as we were transiting to a lot of places. The small balcony was nice and room is cozy.
