Review 1：The hotel restaurant was announcing an "all-you-can-eat" special but when we asked the front desk, they sent us to a shopping mall to look for one. Apparently, they didn't understand English that well; or they were not aware of the specials in their own restaurant.
Review 2：The location was amazing and the hotel was very comfortable. There were many restaurants and convenient stores around.
Review 3：The other side of the station is a bit more lively - but it is a shot walk so not really a problem.
Review 4：Easy location close to the JR-station, where the Shinkansen stop and the train to Nikko. Room is large enough for two plus big suitcases.
Review 5：This is a business hotel and there are few amenities. The rooms are very small. We had to request a larger room because there wasn't enough space in our room for 2 of us and our luggage. We did get a bigger room; however, the bathroom was no bigger. The bathroom was a modular unit, much like what you would find in a bus, train or plane (plus a shower/tub). It was simply inadequate for our needs.

Review 8：Breakfast could do with a little more western food choices, such as loaf size bread for toast at least. Being not such a big tourist hot spot, it is understandable that not much western food was available. The food that was on offer was of a high standard and enjoyable.
Review 9：Staff were very helpful, especially Mr So, who spoke English well and was a charming man. Very central location.
Review 10：When checking in the staff at the front counter stated adamantly that late check out was not available (we had 7:30pm international flight the next day and wanted to maximise rest before the flight). Yet even printed on the phone in the room was the hotel's policy of 1,000 yen charge for each hour past 11am to a maximum late check out of 3pm. The next morning we were able to arrange late check out at 2pm so we were happy.
Review 11：Excellent proximity to the eastern exit of the JR train station. Quiet location with some excellent restaurants within 1-2 blocks. Room was decent sized and clean and comfortable.
Review 12：Can understand front desk staff not wanting to help when I asked them to put my salmon roe in the fridge. But it would have been nice if they can just help out.
