Review 1：Limited parking lots as shared with public going to mall though more parking lots allocated in another building

Review 2：Hotel is attached to a mall with options of various good restaurants and shopping lots.

Review 3：Slight Traffic noise from the road can be heard in the room at night but not a problem. Better to enjoy breakfast at Ipoh old town than the hotel breakfast.

Review 4：Relatively new hotel. Well maintained. Rooms are clean and spacious. Lot of parking space for cars. Stafs are friendly and helpful.

Review 5：1. Bedsheet/pillow case has stains even after getting it changed at mid night. 2. Bed is too soft.. not too good for old folks.. 3. Hotel has no form of security. A) Non guests can still use same lift to go any levels(including guestrooms). Although there is a cctv but it will be too late if things happen. B) Booked 2 rooms, but only required 1 passport. Front desk did not verify number of guests checking in. This can be dangerous if there is any unforseen fire breakout, where hotel would not be able to provide an accurate number of in-house guests. 4. Should include a handheld shower head as well instead of just having rain shower. It can be a challenge to shower toddlers.

Review 10：It's the only hotel in Seremban with sufficient parking space. It's also quite convenient as it is attached to a shopping mall, you don't need to drive out to get essential items and food. Each occupant is provided with a queen size, that's a plus point.

Review 12：The room was great and it was cool to have an ironing board in the room, unlike many other hotels. The breakfast menu, though not out of this world, was extremely satisfying. When we checked in, we found the toilet a little faulty, but maintenance guys were in our room almost immediately after we called, and fixed it within the first 30 minutes of our stay. Reception staffs are friendly and efficient. Overall, my wife and I have decided to make this our regular hotel in Seremban.

No smile greeting from the receptionist, instead they were questioning my booking despite the fact that i booked the room a week before. Review 22：The room was spacious and the bed was huge! The hotel is connected to a shopping mall and it's convenient to watch a movie, go shopping and get lunch/dinner. The food was good and the room service was great.

Also, the divider in the middle on the way up and down the parking should be higher up or at least being coloured as it's difficult to see especially on the way out. Perhaps the hotel could also consider having a swimming pool which will definitely delight the kids.

Review 35：I would like to take this opportunity to highlight a very uncalled forincidence during our stay at Palm Mall Hotel , Seremban.It all was quite pleasant until we had our buffet breakfast at the Sago coffee house at 6th floor on 26th July 2015. The person in charge of registering the breakfast at the counter named Miss Rajaletchumy got herself confused with the head count and started raising her voice when we wanted to settle the amount due for excess guests who dined in without the breakfast entitlement. To our dismay, she got so impatient to calculate and push the money back to us like we were there for ' A FREE MEAL! ' when we insisted to pay our dues!! This is so totally uncalled for! This clearly showed that Miss Rajaletchumy hadn't the utmost initiative in the very begining to come up to us and reconfirm the number of people dining in for the breakfast! The most unpleasant situation is that she was trying to push the blame back to us that when she was the one who asked us to sit in to dine first and she will settle with us later. We chose Palm Mall Hotel due to the good review on booking.com and this time had really made us reconsider patroning such rude customer service they had at the coffee house. I hope the management will look into this problem before all patrons face the same problem.

Review 36：Drainage at shower very poor. Bidet for wc should be installed on the right handd side. Flooring at room should be hard wood not tiles which is cold to the feet.
