Review 1：The staff is no nice and after 24:00 is no possible take a coffee in the bar and if in the morning you arrive on late for the breakfast is no possible take a coffee or a tea also if a I want pay..

Review 3：Housekeeping woke me up three hours before I needed to checkout. I was also in the room above the main entrance, so I woke up very early and couldn't sleep because of the doors opening and closing constantly.

Review 10：I don't know where to start from. The room was untidy when we checked in. Coffee spilled on the curtains, cigarette burns on the curtains, hair in the toilet, already opened shower cap, chocolate wrapper lying on floor, dust on TV , coffee stains on table. We notified the reception and they agreed to clean it. By the time we checked out 2 days later that chocolate wrapper was still on the floor. The Room is a bit small and the televsion is from the mid 90s. The pillows are over sized. The parking gate at P2 does not work and you have to call the reception several times before the gate opens completely.

Of course this money is just frozen and as I was told eventually return, but it was really inconvenient since I had to pay for all nights anyway. So be careful read agreement with hotel before you book. P.S. It was very cold in the room.

Review 15：After reading opinions of other guests I was a bit confused, from one hand very positive, from the other hand, not really. Anyways after my stay I just made myself sure that people always complain about something, sometimes 'just because'. But here there was no reason at all! Perfect room, awesome view , great location and what's most important helpful and friendly staff, in reception and of course in hotel bar also! For sure I'll be back.

Review 24：The reception staff was not very forthcoming. I have a 3-night stay & was told that breakfast is included in all. He blocked my credit card that includes breakfast charges for all 3 days. I only found out when I logged into their WiFi & looked at my booking email after checked-in. It turned out that breakfast is only for the first day (Sunday) & the other 2 days are chargeable. It is very devious of the reception staff to try to deceive me into having their miserable breakfast & having to pay for it, 2 days x 2 persons, when their breakfast charges are not worth paying for, 17.50 euros each. For which, you can get better deals & better food elsewhere.

Room and hotel (corridors & lifts; foyer and breakfast room OK) a bit too warm, but possible to cool room with air conditioning. Staff very friendly and helpful (slightly strange payment method using debit card, but was expklained and really not that stressful). Breakfast (which was pretty good) included in room price, which seems to be relatively rare in the Netherlands these days. Stayed at the Eindhoven Hilton earlier in the year, and this "knocked spots off it" in terms of value for money. Don't know if I just got a particularly good deal, but seemed very good value for money in this day and age.

Review 59：When i arrived at the hotel, i was told the double room I had reserved wasn't available. This threw me off slightly because when i made the booking online, I was asked what time I would like my room ready for hence why I said 9am. Instead he offered me the "superior" single bedroom, which i had to accept. I also heard the staff there telling people the same excuse and trying to convince people to take the "superior" single bedroom. This did annoy me as I paid for a double room and not a single bedroom. The gentleman at the reception did say the "Superior" single bedroom was recently renovated with brand new bathrooms, this did disappoint me as the bathroom was very outdated and the shower didn't work properly. All in all, it was extremely tiny but I did have a pleasant stay.

Review 67：The casher charged me 7 euros more after I book and pay on-line. He told it is city tax. I have never met this before. weird! I booked a double bed, yet it is two single bed together!!!

I have been in Eindhoven very many times and this was the first in this hotel.It is actually quite small hotel, it has quite old elevator,which broked one time in our stay,the onliest what is in bathroom from facilities are- hair and body gel and showercap.ofcourse it is written,that if u need something more u can ask,but anyway the standart package-body lotion,shower gel,spunge should be there,i am not talking even about shaver,toothpaste,teethbrush In our room safe was not working. Review 120：We stayed at the Crown Hampshire while attending a conference in Eindhoven, and we didn't mind that the hotel itself was nothing special. The wifi in the rooms, however, was annoyingly slow and only available on one device at a time. Fast wifi was available at an exorbitant hourly charge - perhaps the hotel was hoping that its business travelers would have no compunction claiming the charge as part of their expenses? The rooms on the hotel's website all seem recently renovated. Our room had not been recently renovated and was desperately in need of maintenance. The bathroom, especially, was dingy and had cracked tiles - not to mention, the toilet hadn't been cleaned when we first checked in. Some of the powerpoints in our room didn't work. Even the linen on the bed was old and tired looking.

Review 128：We enjoyed our 3 night stay at Hampshire Hotel Crown Eindhoven during Easter weekend 2015. The location is excellent - just a short 2-3 minutes walk from the central railway station, the cafes of Markt and the many restaurants of Dommelstraat right outside the hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable with a large soft bed and a good aircon/heating system. The bathroom was adequate for our needs, but the bath wasn't big enough to sit in (not a problem as we only used the shower). The free Wi-Fi was fast enough for our needs, but faster speeds are available for an additional charge. Nice breakfast - cereals (muesli, granola and cornflakes), good choice of breads and pastries, yoghurts, fruit, cold cuts of meat and cheese, bacon, scrambled eggs and boiled eggs. Orange juice and strawberry juice, coffee machine and dozens of types of tea. Overall, perfect location for a short city break in Eindhoven. Would stay there again and happily recommend to others.
