Review 1：Minor problem was the aircon, it took a while before it made the room cold.

Review 2：Cute hotel setup! Friendly and flexible staff. Will definitely check in when I go back to Dumaguete.

Review 3：The hotel receptionist on duty on that day we checked inn did'n't accommodate us well. She was busy entertaining the foreigner even if we were in front of her waiting for her to be accommodated. We waited for 20 minutes and decided to eat at the restaurant first because the apartment wasn't ready yet. when we came back, she was busy answering the phone as in "telebabad" for 3 minutes until we got her attention. She has a poor service! Nakakairita sya!

Review 11：I am handicapped and they put me on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Room was very small. I had to asked for towels. I do not recommend the hotel.

Review 14：Though we booked for two people there were only one towel set in theroom. Similarly, the free water bottles offered supposedly every daywere missing. More annoying is the noise of the street during the nightand the fact that breakfast is not included. As there is no otherrestaurant or cafe around, you have to have your breakfast in theirrestaurant. It looks like an easy way for them to make money.
