Review 1：old building, old room fixtures and fittings and furnitures. no heater in bathroom and wc (we visited during winter). the temperature in bathroom is lower than the room. heater in the room was noisy. water heater not working well. imagine shower water is not warm enough in winter time. however the water heater in our friend's room in smoking floor was working fine.

Review 5：We had a corner room and it's spacious enough for our big luggages. The room is clean and carpeted. Toilet is clean and complete with toiletries, but their floors are cold (it was not a big deal). We availed of their free shuttle service and it was on time.

Review 16：I was not able to reserve a non-smoking room online, and when I check in to the hotel, I asked if possible to change to non-smoking room but was not available even though the hotel was not fully booked. The smell in the smoking room was very disturbing for me.

Review 18：One of their staff (women) was unfriendly and not support customer to clearly provide the information regarding shuttle bus from hotel to airport. We asked her additional information regarding the time which shops at the airport were opened, her actions make us uncomfortable and not in a good manner. You might not get the bus to the airport at the time you want even you arrive the hotel around check-in time. I don't know why it's not available. (The bus shared with other hotel, please beware)

We asked to be waitlisted for non smoking and they were able to move us to non smoking. Not too far to walk to train station and shops. Handy shuttle in the morning to the airport. Review 38：Hotel wasn't well signposted. Even the hotel name on the building was not lit at night when we arrived, making it difficult to find. This is particularly so, considering it is on a left-turn from the main road and the hotel name faced a different direction. The sole restaurant at the hotel was heavy with cigarette smoke, which turned us off. Check-out time of 10am was early too, by normal standard.

Review 39：Quite near to Chitose JR station. We went in winter, and the heater was switched on in our room, awaiting our arrival. What a considerate gesture by the staff. Good quality homegrown brands of toiletries provided ie DHC and Shisedo. Bed and pillow were comfy enough.
