Review 1：The bed was too hard and we felt like laying on the floor since we are from US. Next time difinitely we need another layer of comforter on the bedding.

Review 2：Very clean. Very convenient location. Wide range of food choice on breakfast and yummy. Bathroom was very nice especially the over the head shower! The room was much more spacious than other hotels in the area.

Review 4：We actually book another hotel of Daiwa group in another city 2 hr. Awaybut we had missed the bus. Hotel staff is very helpful, and theyassisted us to cancel booking at booking.com and also another hotel andso no extra charge for the cancelling. We really thank staffs for thisextra service. They also print out schedule of the bus in English. Hotelis very clean and comfort. Check out is very fast.

Review 7：Excellent location just a couple of mins walk from train station . A number of restaurants close by to wander to in the evening . We stayed there for the Moto GP weekend at Motegi which was only an hours bus ride away.

Review 8：Who has to work at Motegi Twin Ring too far away (min. 1 hrs) No wardrobe available so you have to life out of the suitcase.

Review 10：As other hotels, Daiwa Roynet is located really close to Utsunomiya Eki (Main Eki). They have simple but pretty good coffee at the lobby (not sure about the closing time tough)

Review 12：It is located at a very convenient distance from the JR station within 3 mins by walk. I stayed in a corner double room which was rather spacious compared to most of the Japanese hotel rooms. It was spotlessly clean. Staff were lovely. I liked the new way of making payments using the room key at an Automated machine which makes the check-out process so uncomplicated. Fort he breakfast option, although there were limited options for Western, I will not call that a problem because whatever was provided was real good.

Review 13：Staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel itself is conveniently located right next to JR Utsunomiya station. It is essentially a business hotel but the room was very clean and had all the amenities you'd require. For the price I certainly can't complain about anything. Would definitely return if I visit Utsunomiya again.

Review 15：Good locjust across the square at the east exist from JR/Shinkaisen station, about 3 minuts walk. We stayed here for visiting Nikko, only 40 minutes by JR train. At the moning we checked-out and left our luggage in the hotel, went to Nikko and collected our luggage on the way back to Tokyo (you must change train in Utsunomiya) Comfortable, new hotel in western style. Nice and helpful staff. Staff communite in English. Good breakfast. Good WiFi
