Review 1：First of all, they saw us malay, and they started to treat us like a malay guy saw another malay guy on the streets. They are not enthusiastic about their job, there's no greetings, smile or at least stand up, all they do is watching TV, and play with their phone, for the record, im a hotel manager, if they were my staff, i would have terminated them waaay waaay back then, second, they dont know their policy/product. I lost room key card, and then, told em that i'll try to find it and then if i cant find it, please charge it to deposit that they took during check-in process, and they told me per card is RM30, and yea, it happens that i lost it, and upon check-out process, they told me that its RM50. When i asked are you sure? Cuz she told that it was RM30, thats why she told me its only RM30 while its suppose to be RM50, i dont mind the prices, they dont even have the information that they need/suppose to know. Plus no apology at all.

Review 7：Be aware.Door and room not sound proof. my child can not sleep that night... because drunk customer making loud noise since early morning.. start from 2.33am till morning (7am), and complain to help desk and their said, customers in that two room are drunk.

Review 10：The reception staff were par excellence, the room was given to me way ahead of check in time. It was a Sunday, to my surprise the manager turned up and personally checked my room's condition before I went in. Where in the world can you get such service

Review 20：Bathroom was extremely dirty, had to clean up before using. Could not adjust the temperature of the water heater. Room was unclean. Overall it was not a very pleasant experience staying at the hotel.
