Review 1：Strong smell of cigarette smoke in the room. No Non-Smoking rooms. Difficult to find the hotel as it was not located at ground level and there were no signs in English or signage at street level.

Review 3：Beds tend to be very hard in Asian hotels. This one is also hard. I would have liked 2 pillows on the bed.

Review 5：Badly signposted from the train station to the hotel. They need a prominent sign post in English near the front doors of the hotel in the shopping arcade. We walked past it twice without realizing it was the actual hotel.

Review 9：If, like us, you are staying overnight at the hotel to catch a morning flight at New Chitose Airport, note that this hotel is not close to the airport and there is no hotel shuttle. But it's right above the train station and you will have to take a train to the airport.
Review 10：The hotel is in a mall on top of the Chitose main station, very easy to find and to get around. There are plenty of interesting shops and a wide variety of eateries in the station mall. The hotel itself is not luxurious, but very convenient and good for an overnight stay to catch a train or a flight. It's complimentary breakfast was very good too. Vey good value for money.
Review 11：Just 7 minutes train ride away from the New Chitose Airport. Great breakfast with reasonable spread of Japanese cuisine. Clean, tidy and tastefully furnished. Wifi throughout the hotel.

Review 13：Spacious room, breakfast available from 630AM. Location is a building that has a bridge link to the Chitose Station. It only takes 1 to 2 minutes walk to the station. A department store is just nearby. Lots of restaurants surrounded the hotel.
Review 14：Although it was a non- smoking room, there was a lingering smell of tobacco. The provided eucalyptus airfreshner and airing the room each day did the trick.
Review 15：The delicious mixed western/Japanese buffet breakfast was included in the price, even though it wasn't stated at booking stage. The room was very spacious compared to all the other hotels of equivalent standard and price in Tokyo. It's located inside a shopping centre, which makes it very entertaining and practical. You have everything you need from hairdresser's to massage parlours to tourist information at your doorstep. It's right next door to the train station, yet the double glazing kept the noise out. Comfortable bed and good night's sleep. Basic toilettried provided. I would recommend this to anyone staying in Chitose.
Review 16：Staff was struggling with english communication, although got there at the end. There was not many restaurants or things to see around the hotel. A bit pricey compare to other hotel I stayed in hokkaido.

Review 35：We had an early flight to catch the next day at New Chitose Airport. Hyper Hotel Chitose is a short 2 train-stop away from the airport. The hotel is connected to Chitose train station. So easy as we had several bags with us. Aeon supermarket is opposite the hotel. That makes it convenient for food and any shopping. My family of 4 (including 2 young children) took the family suit with bunk beds. Our kids loved the bunk beds.

You can park for free in adjoining public car park (Park on 2nd floor and you can get into hotel from link bridge). Large shopping centre opposite with good food court. Hotel staff really friendly.
