Review 1：The electricity wasn't ready yet, so at night it could happen that there was no light. But they fix it with a generator. Also no internet in the rooms due to this problem. And breakfast was not included, although booking.com said it was (But they tried to correct that several times so it's not their fault)
Review 2：Luis and Enrique were perfect hosts, who made us feel welcome and comfortable. The breakfast they serve is delicious! The rooms are superclean and very spacious. Nice hot showers!
Review 3：The place is really perfect to relax. It's very quiet but within a few minutes you are in Ribeira Grande (If you stay at case Mediana you must have a car, without it is not possible to get there). Their are some animals, it's like a little farm. The hosts, Luis and Henrique, are very nice and kind and provide you anything you need and will give you helpfull informations on the island. And the breakfast is very good!
Review 4：The house is slightly mislocated on the map and you definetly need a car to reach Ribeira Grande.

Review 7：We Loved our stay at Casa Mediana. We arrived in Ponta Delgada for the first time with nowhere to stay as all other hotels were booked (to our surprise) Casa Mediana graciously opened their doors to my family. we were four adults, a 14 year old and a 10 month old. The location is breathtaking with an amazing view of the Ocean and the town Rebeira Grande. The property has many different types of animals which we all enjoyed waking up to seeing. The property is kept impeccably clean and the rooms are clean, bright and spacious. Breakfast was always fresh and the perfect variety. The owners of the property go way above and beyond anyones expectations to make your stay a fantastic experience. They found us a rental car (which again surprisingly was all booked) and told us where all the great places to see, eat and the best beaches were located. What started of as any travelers nightmare especially with kids turned out to be an amazing trip. We strongly believe that if we had stayed at another hotel we wouldnt have enjoyed our stay half as much. We strongly recommend Casa Mediana and cant wait to return.
