Review 1：Overpriced. A wooden bungalow, very close to the main Chiang Mai - Chiang Rai road, under the flight path into CM airport. The lunch menu consisted of various Fried Rice dishes, which needed to be ordered by 11am for lunchtime, and was very mediochre when it arrived.
Review 2：A little far from the activities, it cost a lot of money in taxis...
Review 3：Unique service fron the owner. Lots of ferns and trees everywhere, then it's confortable during the hot days. We can walk on the site and visit ferns nurserys and garden. Nice pool, nice rooms.
Review 4：too close to the road, you could hear the traffic. Unless you have a scooter or a car there is not a lot to do in the immediate area. But good place to come back to at the end of a long day.
Review 5：Very tranquil, beautiful hotel with stunning grounds. Clearly a lot of thought has gone into the design of this place. Service was lovely. Manager was very helpful and even organised a rental scooter to be delivered to the hotel for us to rent for a couple of days. Dinner was cooked to order (order well in advance) and tasted excellent. Breakfast was ok...

Review 9：The setting, almost surreal. What a magical place. Out of the way but accessible to town easily with a car/bike. Really unique and the name fern paradise definitely is accurate. Attentive staff. Owner gave us a tour and pretty much converted me into being a 'fern freak' myself!!!! Thanks very much :-)

Review 11：We decided to travel to northern thailand instead of the south only because of this hotel and spend a truly lovely week at Fern Paradise. This place really deserves its name! So many different plants, butterflies of all sizes and colours, squirrels, geckos and bugs or bees I've never seen before and the crazy soundscape of the cicadas - it was absolutely enchanting. We could relax and forget about the worries of everyday life. The staff was very friendly and caring; when it was my birthday and we got back home from the city I even found a whole birthday cake (+ extra knife, forks and plates) in the fridge! Many thanks again for a wonderful time :)
Review 12：There were no drawers for clothes and the bathroom needs to be updated. I shared a deck with 4 other houses; occasionally late at night it was noisy.

I am a nature lover and I booked this after seeing their web site and it was beyond my expectations. its a real place to relax, run by family members and are very help full and cooperative,informal and very caring. I wish the great William Shakespeare should born again, come, stay for some times and rewrite his novels and poetry. If you love nature please come and stay at Real fern paradise U.N.Singh, Mumbai

Review 18：The staff was so friendly ans obliging. The resort is very calm ans the Perfect Space to relax. The rooms are clean and very Special. You feel to sleep in a Deep dschungle. We really liked it. The distance to chiang may is ok because the resort has an own Taxi driver.
