Review 1：- Although the hotel is listed as “No pets are allowed” there were Many dogs in the buildings – playing in the yard (green areas around), playing on the beach, dogs were welcome even in the restaurant. - Not enough closet space – especially for 4 adults with 2 children; there was just one closet in the whole apartment - Not enough hot water for 4 adults with 2 children

Review 3：-in the middle of our stay, we were moved to another room without prior warning, because the staff had forgotten to warn us at the time of reservation. Compensated us for the unexpected move with a dinner at the restaurant - the rooms are not equipped with stove, washing machine and bakers... only fridge and microwave

Review 5：We booked a two bedroom apartment and it said there was an oven with hot plates so we brought quite a lot of food but couldnt cook.Generally the place is nice, looks like brand new but the furnishings of the apartment is far from being boutique - i would say that they have used the cheapest furniture available on the market. Wifi was very fast, though the TV channels did not have a very clear picture. We were 2 families with kids and there was NO airconditioning in the bedrooms, only in the lounge, therefore no privacy whatsoever. The body and the pipe of the aircon are located at the balcony so when operating, the balcony gets quite a lot of water. There are no fly screens on the bedroom balcony doors which makes it impossible to keep open during the night cause it was full of mosquitos from the river close by.

Review 6：The location of the place is perfect, it is right at the beach. We had a balcony overlooking the sea so that was amazing. It was good that we had umbrellas and sunbeds for free, plus a 10% discount from Primea Bar & Diner. The food was yummy. Swimming pool is nice, free security parking is a plus. Staff is friendly and polite.

Review 7：Mostly the lack of places to eat. The so-called restaurant of the hotel is rather a beach bar with a very scarce choice of things to eat, and not a satisfying quality of the food. Some apartments had fairly well equipped kitchens, but the smaller ones only have a microwave and a water heater. I guess that's fine for people who like to prepare their food themselves. But if you prefer to rest and rely for this on the hotel and restaurant you will be very disappointed.

Review 8：The location is very nice. It's good to know though, that half of the Nestinarka beach is quite stony at the shore - especially in front of Primea Beach Apartments. The other half is very nice - at the far right. If you're with a car (and you probably are) there are several other beaches and towns quite near, especially to the south, that are worth checking out.

Review 12：All of the rooms is facing the occean. The parking space is well secured. Reception staff were very helpful. Price is also quite reasonable.

Review 13：If you take a sea-view room, you will probably suffer from two things: 1. Smoking. Smoking is allowed on that side of hotel, so if you do not close window at the right time, you will probably end up with full room of smoking fog. 2. A man at the beach selling corn (and god knows what else - never bought from him) and shouting about his corn every ten seconds whole daylight. You will also not hide from this at the beach either. Keeping windows close will help, but this eliminates most advantages of sea view.

Review 14：Entrance o the beach directly from the room is outstanding (only applies to sea-view rooms at ground floor). Staff is very friendly. If you do not like cafe/restaurant you may cook yourself - there are stove and dishes in the room. Even a laundry washer is there.

Review 15：There was no asphalt on the parking it was rural plot and we hadterrible problems pushing a baby stoller. The password of the WiFi wasincorrect and we had no internet in the room. The staff werent as politeas they were with the foreigners. The pool is very very small for 5entrance building like 8 x 5 meters.

Review 17：A lot of stones just when entering the sea in the area where your umbrellas are and a river which is a habitat of very noisy frogs (maybe only when we were there end of June).

Review 18：The location is excellent away from the old and new town, which has its negatives of course, as you need to walk or drive to have more options for restaurants, cafes, shops or entertainments for kids. Our studio was fully equipped but that depends on the owners, I suppose so you need to ask when booking what appliances there are. The staff was incredibly friendly but dont expect language skills so if you are a foreigner it will take some efforts to get what you need.

Very friendly and very operative English-speaking staff (knowing about my late arrival - planned for late in the night, after the closing time of the reception desk - they called me in advance to arrange for the late check-in). We truly recommend this apartment-hotel to everybody!
