Review 1：in mid night/morning 3 am people knock door try open we have to yeld back and the next make noise some botol noise can hear so irratted

Review 3：Cannot control temperature of water and suppose put other equipment example iron in room.. Not enough space for hanging cloth... Space for Family Room very small.. Need to improve it..

Review 11：Not a 4 star hotel as claimed. The room I booked for a family of three was small. Toilet was so basic. There were no decent restaurants to go to. The hotel claimed there were international restaurants close by....not at all.

Review 36：1. Price quite high for a budget hotel. Such hotels in JB only cost RM80 per night. 2. Check in very slow. Not prepared in advance despite booking done earlier. 3. You required a RM50 refundable deposit which must be paid by cash. This is absurd. You could have just verified credit card.
