Review 1：I was on the first floor in an ADA room, which I had requested. It was very near the lobby & elevator. The hallway floor is tile, and the room was a bit noisy with people going by, until later in the evening.

Review 2：Hutchinson Island Plaza is centrally located in Ft Pierce on the water. Staff was friendly; Room was pleasant with a nice serve yourself buffet breakfast - fruit, cereal, pastries, juice, coffee, etc. Comfortable bed; clean linens & hot shower.

Review 3：This was Not on Hutchinson Island. There was No ocean. Breakfast was not much and the room was not cleaned well.

Review 5：I wouldn't say we had a bad experience. But, because of the position of the hotel the pool barely got any sun. However the beach was feet away with chairs if you wanted to sunbathe.

They had availability so I booked the nights I needed, but my credit card was not charged and my son who stayed in the rooms with his wife had his credit card charged instead.

Review 12：My fitted sheet was very worn and nubby. One day the bed was barely made...sheet hanging out in floor with comfortor just pulled up. Pillows not straightened. Not a big deal...but you asked.

Review 27：The front desk staff at times acted like they were being bothered by a few questions. My main complaint was that the building was being painted. The pool was closed the first morning til 1 ish that I was there. I was going swimming and found it closed due to painting. The painters used a vehicle that had an INCREDIBLY LOUD TRUCK BACKING UP BEEP THAT WENT ON AND ON. IT SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN USED DURING THE MORNING HOURS. PEOPLE ON VACATION LIKE TO SLEEP LATE AT TIMES AND THERE SHOULD NOT BE A REALLY LOUD CONTINUOUS BEEP OUTSIDE YOUR WINDOW AT 8:15 IN THE MORNING. THAT WAS NOT OKAY AND WE SHOULD HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED !!!. The pool was unusally hot and the hot tub was cooler than the pool. There really isn't anything to do in the area other than go to the beach or pool.

Review 28：The rooms were clean and nicely decorated.....the usual type hotel decor. The locale was nice and pretty. The view was pretty. The cleaning staff was helpful.

Review 29：Needs automatic doors for unloading luggage and unpacking easier. We understood minor projects were in progress. These projects wasn't an issue. The construction crew was nice.

Review 54：If you have a "do not disturb" sign out and remove it in the morning, you must let the staff know if you want your room serviced. Our room was never made because housekeeping does not check again after 9am. Had an issue with the handling of a technical problem and reported it later to the owner, who resolved the matter in a very friendly, prompt and service minded manner.

Review 55：Only the suites have frontal water view. The rooms are very quiet because the windows and balcony doors are cancelling out every street noise. Comfortable beds. You can get free hot beverages from a machine all day long. Breakfast was fine, I just wish they would not use styrofoam plates and cups which is really bad for the environment.

Review 59：We had a deluxe king room for a little extra and the view we got for that was directly out to the inlet. (Rooms at the side of the hotel overlook the carparks). The room was well furnished, with a fridge and microwave, a seating area and a decent sized TV. The hotel is easy walking distance from a range of places to eat and we had an excellent time at the Inlet bar near the beach and Manatee bay a few hundred yards away. Stuart is well worth a visit with lots of shops bars and restaurants to chose from and a very pleasant drive as well.

Review 79：We booked a deluxe room with water view as per write up, this is in fact a little misleading as it is a partial view if you stand on the edge of the balcony and look over you can see the water but certainly not what I would call a view, you actually look over the car park, so bear this in mind when you are booking.

Though there was an increase in price they did compromise and we just paid the difference for 1 night instead of 2. The location was great short walk to the beach and a few local restaurants.

Review 86：was in room 303 for 7 nights, room keys failed more than 3 to 5 times per day, also had family in rooms 315 and 322, room 322 had same issue with keys. 315 keys worked fine. key reader in each room should have been looked at early in stay with key problems. At end of stay had more than 10 keys most not working after initial time. Also asked about fixing the outer dock lights so I could fish at night, asked them to see if they could be turned on two days running, never happened.

Review 87：Everyone was so friendly and helpful. There were plenty of places to eat close by, most of which was in walking distance. The staff not only gave me suggestions to places where my teenager wanted to hang out, but they printed directions on how to get there for me. There was a fridge and microwave in the room so the hunger kids were happy. We did 'movie night' with popcorn every night after the pool closed.
