Review 14：There could be more clarification on the web site (an issue in all of hotels in Japan) that a double room is really a full size bed and little walking around room. A twin room provides two large singles and lots more room. Not as intimate for couples but at least your baggage will fit in the room with you!!

Review 15：Utsunomya is known for its gyoza and easy access to Nikko the world heritage site. The location of the Richmond Utsunomya is excellent. Easy walk from the train station, the many excellent gyoza restaurants and the 55 minute train ride to Nikko. Highly suggest this hotel. The staff could not have been nicer and more helpful.

Review 16：Hotel was very near train station, with staff at rourist information most helpful. Rooms were generous, breakfast adequate, little noise on what is a busy area. Shopping centre several hundred metres away ideal for a quick snack.

I contacted reception but they do not have a such a room from beginning. They said its description mistake of booking. com I do not know which is true but it is definetly different from my reason why I chose this room.
