Review 2：We had a very comfortable stay for seven nights. It was very quiet in the room as it was one street back from the main strip. There was a electricity short out to our room in the middle of the night it was fixed within half an hour. Very good service. We will stay again.

Review 3：The dining at ground floor is terribly expensive ! I had 3 tea bags (3 cups) and they charged me 270 pesos ! The food is very expensive too. However the Restaurant is apparently under different management than the hotel...

Review 7：maybe a bit more privacy as the staff ,well were to much in your face, but awesome. wanted to charge me half price of room to stay extra 4 hours on day of book out, as we stayed 5 x nights upper class , bit disappointed, and they had a cancelation in the room and thought would have let us stay for free out of courtesy, ??? no, the pool guy forget name Awesome fellow think his name was , well I will remember later. Hard worker and all their to help if needed 10 out of 10 pool guy and hotel

Review 9：The wait times for ice or extra glasses in room was too slow. but, when I raised the concern, the hotel reacted immediately. A motivated management team, so its really a positive.

Review 10：It is an immaculately presented Hotel. Balcony rooms let you feel like you are part of the world and not locked behind a wall. The clean air was a huge plus. I'm a non smoker and its the first hotel in PH that I've felt comfortable in.
