Chitose Airport Hotel is a 4-minute walk from exit 2 of JR Chitose Train Station, which is a 7-minute ride from New Chitose Airport. It has a free morning airport shuttle, serves a Japanese/Western breakfast buffet and provides spacious rooms with free wired internet.
Renovated in 2004, the air-conditioned rooms at Hotel Air Terminal include an LCD TV. The private bathroom has a toothbrush and free toiletries, and green tea is provided.
Sapporo city is about a 40-minute train ride from nearby JR Chitose Train Station. The free morning shuttle to the airport runs on a schedule (see Important Information) and takes about 12 minutes.
There is a coin launderette on the 2nd floor. The lobby has a free-use internet PC with a chargeable printer.
Japanese-style pub Muraosa is open for lunch and dinner, and serves a la carte dishes, sake and beer.

Review 1：The toilet is too small untill i can barely move and kept on hitting the toilet wall.

Review 10：The location is good here. 3-min walk to the Chitose Station and 10-min train to the New Chitose Airport. BTW, there is free spring offered, which helped us relaxed and relieved from the tireness. The stuff there is nice and the breakfast is tasty and heathy. I like Tamgo so much. So if you have a flight next day, this is a good place to stay.

Review 11：Staff of this hotel were very friendly and helpful. They offered us a bigger room when they found two kids staying with us. The hotel was close to the airport which was good for us to take the flight in the early morning. We will choose this hotel again if we come back to visit in future.

Review 12：The hotel was full with non-smoking room, we had to bear with the super bad smell of the smoking room. Woke up in the middle of the night and could not get back to sleep due to the smell of the room. Had to endure it since we were there for only a night in order to catch the early morning flight.

Review 13：The staff were very helpful in giving us information of our flights for the next day and how long it will take us to get to the airport. Though he had a bit of problem conversing in English with us, he was very patient and was able to assure us that we had enough time to take their free shuttle to the airport to catch our domestic flight to Haneda Airport.

He helped us answer our calls and gave us proper instructions on how to go about resolving our issues. He was really helpful and friendly. We really appreciate his kind assistance.

Review 19：Extremely small double room which is suitable for only one. With a double bed, it does not have any room to place your luggage. It does not even have a wardrobe. The bath room is so small that the bathtub is only half the size of normal, closing the door while seating on the toilet bowl can be a challenge for bigger build individual. There was no air-con, only heater and we have to leave the window open to sleep, fortunately, the outside temperature was a comfortable 18 to 20 degrees Celsius. Small carpark with very limited slot. I have to return the car and take the shuttle bus to airport the next morning instead.

I think this hotel is a great choice for those who want to stay near the airport and, at the same time, explore Chitose town. Its location is perfect since it's situated near Chitose Station (4 mins walk) and New Chitose Airport (15 mins). The hotel provides shuttle bus to the airport on schedules.

Review 38：You know when the bathroom is all made of one big piece of plastic/fiberglass - tub, single and toilet, that it's not going to be a luxury bathroom. But it was clean and functional, and that's all I cared about. Wi-fi is available only in the lobby.
