Review 1：1. slow response from housekeeping staff (request for telekung have to call 2 times) and from maintenance staff (poor schedule of tv tuning). suggest to have schedule to do tv tuning every month (based on my experience working as secretary of Director of Engineering Hyatt Regency Johor Bahru for 7 years...) 2. bathroom smelly.. bad odour.. make sure check bathroom before release to front office...

Review 3：The bedrooms should be improved eg should change new mattresses n pillows for customer comfort n to be more competitive with other hotels of the same standard. The waiters/waitresses in d coffee Hse should be properly trained n be more professional.

Review 5：Hotel room dirty. Food crumbs on floor from previous guests. Aircon system warm . Toilet old and dirty . Tape measure to patch tiles. Hotel old and in need of renovation

Had to carry luggages ourselves out from the taxi booth, while bell boy stares and hold the luggage cart. - Although requested for connecting room way early (months ahead), it was not given to us. - 1 of the room given to us upon check in is actually taken, had to go back to lobby and ask them for a replacement. - replacement room given is so far away from the other room we got. Room looks much older and less maintained, leaking toilet bidet, bathtub drain not flowing smoothly, room is dusty, airconditioning not adequate (hot).

Review 9：We were wondering why there were 2 rusty needles under the table and my son had accidentally stepped on it. The housekeeping service need to be improved. The air-conditioning water was leaking in the room.

Review 18：Most of the things we are happy with except when my friends were waiting for me to check them all in, they sat on the sitting provided at the lobby and almost fell into the seat. The bottom of the seat has rotted away! The pool could be a bit cleaner too. But overall, we had an enjoyable experience. The buffet breakfast was really good.

Review 25：1) Condition of room - very poor. Mouldy bathroom, very worn carpet, stains on bed sheet, pencil doodles on the wal ; 2nd bedroom was better but thick coat of dust on the lighting wiring & bedsite cabinet pulled away from the wall with screws still in tact & holes in the wall.

Review 47：This place is a rundown hotel. the air-conditioning is so bad thus our stay was so uncomfortable. It seems that the management of this hotel couldn't be bothered with the maintenance of the rooms. Besides the poor condition of the air-condition, the water heater also doesn't work as well. in simple words, there's no hot water. The mattresses and pillows are too old. I am astonished by the lack of maintenance at this hotel. If you come here you'll be disappointed to the utmost. My advise is not to come to this hotel unless its for free!

Review 51：No hotel slippers were provided. Water heater didn't function well; hottest was almost room temperature. The air conditioner was really noisy throughout our stay that we had to compensate by turning it off each time it became intolerable (every 20-30 mins). Things worsen with sounds from the live band. Half of the lights in the room didn't function at all. It seems that something was wrong with the TV, noticeably screen-wise. It was quite bizarre to find several strands of hair stuck on the shower wall when it was 1st used. The bath tub took forever to fill - with the heating issue, the water was cool by the time the bath was ready. On top of that, the water was murky yellow. It is sad for this resort to not keep up with maintenance because they have excellent staffs.

Review 52：Check-in was a breeze with early check-in request catered to. Decent variety for breakfast buffet - omelettes to toasts, cereals to porridge, steamed ubi with condiments among others. Shower and tub was separate which is great. Had in-room dining service which didn't take too long to be served. Accommodating housekeeping staffs. We acknowledged a housekeeping staff that we didn't need our room tidied up yet she offered fresh towels; simple yet thoughtful gesture some hotels lack. Check-out was quick since I decided to pay upfront during check-in.
