Review 2：The hotel is new, extremely well entertained and clean - everywhere: rooms, corridors, restaurants, SPA, pools, ... ; hotel design is really interesting, rooms are spacious, well designed and ultra comfortable - just as the bed and linens; exceptional SPA and beautician (staff and quality); above expectations: perfectly organised SPA zone, not only internal but external Jacuzzi, pool (long enough to swim), several saunas including nice outside forest view, quiet relax zone; top level of privacy in the hotel - you never see the room service, but your room is cleaned at least twice a day, hotel is not crowded and that gives you even more privacy and makes you relaxed; the staff (starting at the door outside of the hotel) is nice, smiling, professional and helpful - they are always there when you need anything; good wines selection and high competency of waiters; breakfast more than varied and extra tasty, a lot of natural/bio products; the flair and behavior of the hotel direction in certain kind of delicate situations should be considered as exemplary - the client is always on the first place at Dr Irena Eris Hotel SPA, also after the departure; definitely and with no doubt the best hotel in South-West Poland.
