Review 1：The bed was squeaky and room was not sound proof.

Review 2：They had marble floor int he room, which made me think it's going to be cold, but an underfloor heating was perfect.

Review 3：I've looked forward to stay at this hotel so much, we were on a very tiring roadtrip, and have chosen this specific hotel to relax. For some reason, everything that could possibly go wrong, went wrong. They've charged my credit card with the whole amount more that 10 days before the arrival. At the arrival one of the 2 rooms we've booked was not available. The receptionist has told us we have to choose between 2 rooms, and she has invited us to follow her, I was really surprised that she was bringing us to the oposite side of the hotel, where the service rooms were and gave us 2 rooms to choose between: dirty floors, dirty bathroom, shower door was missing ( the other room was bigger, dirtier, and had an awful smell inside). When we've tried to take a shower, a huge amount of water came out of under the shower and reached the bedroom. Finally we were moved into a normal hotel room, clean and everything, but it was at least 1 hour after our arrival, we were extremely tired and very disappointed. Due to the described situation, it was very late and we've decided to eat something from the hotel menu, we have ordered the room service. After quite a long waiting the staff has brought the food with 4 small, round ( not very clean) trayers, she litterally came back 3 times to bring everything , have no idea why don't they have a better system, like a cart, for example. The food was not what we've ordered, but it was 1AM and we litterally had no forces to say anything. At the check out we've found out that the registration cards in our passports were not ours, we were lucky enough to check this just out of the hotel, they've solved this immediately.

Review 5：Health and safety standards are very much lacking in this hotel especially if you have a toddler with you the imitation marble floors are very slippery...they put mats in the bedrooms which slide and are treacherous..our toddler slipped and landed on his face hurting himself

Review 7：Visually, the appearance of the hotel is quite intimidating, with signage waiting to go up or be replaced. The wi-fi was very poor, with only intermittent connection on a mobile phone and none at all on the laptop. We would recommend taking away the mats in the bedroom, as it would be very easy to slip on them. The TV in the bar is clearly audible in the second floor bedrooms, though is was switched off at a reasonable time.

Review 8：The hotel is clearly a work-in-progress, with the management trying very hard to create a boutique style business. The staff we met were extremely welcoming. The room was beautifully furnished, with mini-bar and generous-sized bathroom. Parking is free, but we would guess limited if the hotel is full.

Review 9：Only downside to mention would be the bed sheets with some holes due to age, nevertheless they were clean and fresh.

Review 10：At a walking distance from the centre and with parking place for those driving, it's a great solution for the staying. Staff was very helpful and nice. Rooms big and clean. Breakfast was definitely the biggest plus.

They made a lot of improvements, but still few things must be fixed here and there in the room (for example there was a tear in the sheet on the bed, the door of the shower cabin was broken, etc.) Still it is a clean and nice place to stay, with lot of parking places and free WIFi in the whole hotel.

Review 12：The room did not have air conditioner despite the fact that on Booking.com said that our room will have it. It was suposted to be in the center, but instead it was a few km from the center so we always had to use our car to get somewhere.

Review 18：This is a seriously comfortable hotel and great value for money! A little outside the centre of town, but this is a minor inconvenience because it's easy to hop on a bus, which is very cheap. Opposite a bakery with some great offerings such as pizza. Enjoyed the swimming pool; it was a little extra, but I had it to myself!

Review 24：1. The staffs are very good. Their service superseded all the negative points ( which is just one). I got milk, hot water at my room just in 2 min when ever I call for. The kitchen staff made noodles for my daughter which I always use to carry for her. And for every services they don't even charge me. I was very pleased. 2. Breakfast was awesome with a good collection of cooked food. 3. Room was very good in terms of cleanness. 4. WiFi was too good. 5. We enjoyed the sleep the most on the very comfortable bed with excellent pillows. 6. All together "A best value for money".

Review 36：Very uncomfortable beds with metal bars across the middle of bed. Receptionist who welcomed us was shocked that we arrived at 5am. I asked him about late checkout and he said it was ok. In the morning his colleague worked us up and we had to get out earlier than anticipated.

Review 42：Excellent place to stay when you visit Novi Sad. Our room was not available when we came, so they offered us family room for the same price! The room was very comfortable, nicely arranged. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. We highly recommend this hotel!

Review 43：Hétfőn reggel 7-kor nagy zörgésre ébredtünk, pont a szobánk mellett szerelték be a liftet. Beszélgetés, járkálás, légkalapács... minden volt. Még az áram is elment, az elosztó pedig a szobánkban volt ahova bekopogtak emiatt és elkezdtek szerelni. Bár az egész szálloda üresnek tűnt, pont a szerelés melletti szobát kaptuk meg, ezt nem igazán értettük.

Review 44：A szálloda nagyon szépen felújított és igényesen kialakított. A szobák tágasak, szépek és nagyon designosak. A fürdőszoba is elég nagy, van bőven szekrény és szék a pakoláshoz. Bár nem a belvárosban van, de legalább van bőven parkolóhely illetve aki szeret sétálni, 40 perc alatt be lehet jutni gyalog, nem vészes. Bár mi voltunk az egyetlen vendégek a szállodában, a reggelinél egy pincér/szakács körbeugrált minket, kaptunk omlettet, limonádét, kávét, egy egész felvágottas és sajtos tálat (nem csak két főre való mennyiséget pakoltak ki). Lift bár valóban nincs, pont az ottlétünk alatt csinálták, már csak napok kérdése lehet.

Review 47：- mattress are a bit old and uncomfortable - not enough space in closets for clothes, but more than enough space in room itself - missing space in bathroom to put cosmetics - dining tables are too small for serving plates size that are offered during breakfast - breakfast is a buffet style, but the handles to pick up the food are the ones that are used for ice cubes, so it is hard to take the food like cheese and tomato on the plate - marmalade is offered in three choices, but the one doesn't know what type is it cause there is no name of it. - even though I have noticed some of the above, I would use this hotel again, when the value deal is offered!

Review 48：- staff is very pleasant and friendly - rooms are big and comfortable - wf-fi is available in rooms - free parking and a lot of parking space - at breakfast, fried eggs are served in nice shape and size, that are easy to serve on a plate. Great invention! - we had to change our arrival time to week after our original booking date, and booking.com has done this for us without problems and additional charges.

Review 124：The biggest question mark here is 'air condition' as there were no such in room. There is controller, but it's not connected to anything. If it's hot and you are on sunny side, it's a bit hot inside. There is no elevator in building, so if you are on 1st or 2nd floor you would need to carry your luggage. We got smoking room in first place, but they were kind enough to switch it (rooms are mixed on same floor) to non-smoking. Bathroom in that was not in too great condition, but as we were on short stay - it went OK. Also, breakfast is in nice space, on upper level of coffee (which is part of Hotel), but as you can smoke down below, even if you sit in upper level, you got smoke smell after a while.

Review 125：Overall impression is quite OK. It's clean, relatively new, parking is spacious and it's 10 minutes drive from downtown. Staff was polite and welcoming. WiFi was perfect, while breakfast was just fair and since it's not crowded place - you can enjoy it a bit more. Rooms are really over-sized and usually with 3 beds. In general it's fair value for money.
