Review 1：The hotel's electricity is not constant and lights would blink and the lifts would stall. The roof of the hotel is a big hit with the public and we have to share the lifts to outsider going to the roof for a meal or drinks and these people can access our rooms easily. Smoking is allowed in the rooms and for non-smokers the place smells like an ash tray. The manager of the out-door restaurant / pub was rube and she does not know her menu well at all. on the 16th Jan night, I ordered a Tequila shot from her and she rudely asked me to speak and pronounce my words clearly. I had to point out Tequila from the menu to her and only then she realized that the drink was in her menu and nothing to do with my mis-pronunciation.

Review 7：Value for money i rate this as the place to stay in Angeles City. Well priced, very clean and with a rooftop pool and bar - if you have business in Angeles i would recommend this hotel. The staff really make the difference in this hotel - they are fun, friendly and go the extra mile. This is my fourth stay. Big thanks to the Central Park Manager Guy who exemplified this with his recent help above and beyond my expectations. TYVM.

Review 11：No bad experience, but the A/C are a little weak. They write your room number (in bold) on your key card which I find a serious security and privacy issue. If I drop my key anywhere and ended up in the wrong hands, there could be some serious safety or theft issues.

Review 32：When we booked this hotel, we where told that hotel will organize our son a cott, When we arrived we where told there would be an initial 500 pesos deposit for a bed? my son is 1 years of age so a bed was not exactly what we required. however we got on with things! 9 days into our stay we where later told from cleaner that the price was 500 pesos a night. (of course when i complained to manager and requested to see owner, manager agreed for us to only pay the agreed 500 peses)Secondly we where staying on the 8th floor, the maid had put our bed next to window which my son could nearly reach out of from his bed.. this hotel is really designed for couples not families in my opinion.

They charge us for the towel because there is black stain left my husband asked the front desk can we take the towel but they didn't give it,we r so disappointed and definitely not coming to this hotel..and one time I took my kids my auntie and my 2 friends there to eat at their restaurant upstairs the guard stop us and didn't let us in bcoz we're not staying there so disappointed place

Review 50：The major reason I completely dislike this hotel is a strong cigarette smell in the rooms. Moreover, if someone smokes in the neighbourhood room, all the stinking cloud is penetrating your room via the ventilation system. It's a middle of the night, and I cannot sleep because of this cigarette smoke. Although the hotel is new and relatively clean, I strongly recommend to non-smokers stay away from this hotel. There is a nice, new non-smoking hotel just 50 m away - Queens Hotel. I've previously stayed there, and I sincerely regret that I've decide to give a try to Central Park Tower. Moreover, toiletries in this hotel is almost non-existent, the aircon is blowing the cold air directly into your head and cannot be regulated, the hotel doesn't provide slippers, bathrobes, normal blankets, there is no good swimming pool like in Queens hotel, and it's much more expensive. So I don't see any single reason to recommend it to anyone.

Review 52：Front desk staff wasn't as friendly as other hotels. Front desk and check in and check out is in a really awkward place and plan on waiting to be helped. No free bottles of water in the room like every other hotel in the Philippines gives.

The rooms are very poorly insulated so there is a lot of noise both from the street and from drunk people coming home in the middle of the night and early morning. - The wifi was unstable. - The pillow was way too big and hard which gave me neck pains. - Nothing was included in the price. Breakfast, shampoo, toothbrush, bottled water all cost extra.

Review 64：The Wi-Fi in the room was actually very slow. The room had a chair that had a cigarette burn on it, which was cheaply mended by a strip of clear tape. I recommend that you remove the damaged furniture and replace it because it made the room look tacky.
