Review 1：Hot water was accidentally switch off by staff. So no hot water for aday until I realised. Was quickly fixed when brought to staff attention.Pillows are very thin - sore neck. Bathroom space is quitnarrow/tight. Cooking pots/pans look new but seem very poorquality - after using one time, the frypan lost most of the non-stick.
Review 2：Location but the river is wonderful. Good amenities in the suite. Airconworks wonderfully. Quite at night.
Review 3：No WiFi. Basin in ensuite is way too small, very difficult to wash hands and clean teeth. Reception for TV is very poor, especially at night.

Review 5：electrical equipment in cabin mostly faulty - stove didn't work, kettle didn't boil unless held down onto contact, a/c put out cool only air and the morning was very cold.
