Review 1：the room needed a bit of TLC like a good paint and new carpet it was quite worn also our oven didn't work so had to use the communal kitchen that was a bit of a hassle. (but we were given a generous discount for the inconvienance) Not really enough parking room for those stopping over with traliors.

Review 11：We are tall people around 6 ft. The bunk beds were too short and you couldn't stretch out in any way. I thought the double bed was hard. Also when we went to the spa we found that our daughter at 18 couldn't be included on our family pass. So we won't be back there.

Review 13：The toilet cubicles in the shared bathroom block are rather small, very hard to get the door open again because there isn't really anywhere to stand. Especially cramped if you are taking a small child to the toilet.

Review 14：Having hot pools on site was fantastic! The jumping pillow and playground for the kids looked really cool. The cabin was clean, and had everything you could want.

Review 15：Mix up at check in. Staff suggested one of our booked rooms had no facilities (bathroom and toilet). Fortunately this was not the case.

Review 26：The cabin we paid for was a cabin separated by a VERY thin wall, which was not explained at all when we were booking - and when another couple turned up in the other half we could hear EVERY word they said like they were sitting next to us. In fairness to the Spa though, with a little persuasion they did move us, but if they had been fully booked we would have been demanding our money back and going elsewhere.

Review 27：Only one toilet for 6 people. We stayed for 2 nights. Wifi for both nights were terrible!!! It was disconnected most of the time!!! Can't even chat! Totally gave up on the wifi.

The staff were really friendly and the thermal pools were super, plus entry was discounted as we were staying. The best holiday park I have stayed in.

I was told that as we were staying at Debretts that we would get a discount off the entry fee to the pools and that I needed to present the piece of paper. I did this when we went to the pools, but was told that there was no discount :(
