Set in a classic farm mansion looking out over the Wadden Sea, Villa Nieuwland is set in the very tip of Noord-Holland. It offers spacious accommodation with a small kitchenette, a flat-screen TV and modern bathrooms.
All 3 rooms are decorated warm colours and classic lighting, they have box-spring beds and a bath tub in the bathroom. Guests can make use of the kitchenette with a tea/coffee maker and a refrigerator.
Every morning, Villa Nieuwland serves an extensive breakfast in the privacy of the room. It is also possible to have it in the communal lounge or the terrace.

Review 1：Weather. It was extremely windy and a bit cold at night. Also a bad soundproofing - we were woken up early morning because of steps above our ceiling.

Review 2：That was most probably the best b&b I've ever visited. It is extremely clean, very comfortable and we felt very welcomed by the owners. Good breakfast! A wonderful place to escape from city noise. I will definitely come back there once again.

Splendid views and a nice quiet location. optimal for those who wish a break just to re-charge ones batteries. Very convenient for those with business at the near by Falk training center. Even had genuine broad band connection that puts many 5 star hotels to shame.

Located directly on the shore of the Wadden sea with a view onto the end of the world where the sky and the waters are still left undivided.. PS: Make sure you go for a dinner of fresh fish or shrimp to Den Oever. Unregretable!

Highly recommended for anyone who likes the offbeat path. Its a very secluded place with a beautiful landscape all around. Anytime we go back to Netherlands we will surely stay there again.
